The reason we selected this hotel was for their airport shuttle service. In fact, called 2 days prior to understand how it worked. As soon as we got to hotel, tired and nearly midnight a sign on door said No Shuttle Service.
When thats one of the primary amenities you advertise you need to have it. So their van was broken, maybe you rent another one. Or perhaps of youd maintained it properly it wouldn't suddenly break.
Lady at front desk was very nice.....but they offered nothing in way of concessions or discount or alternative airport service.

I stay here anytime im in town. I usually need a crib and they always have it ready for me. This time only complaint it wasn't setup when i got to the room. Fighting with a crib and a 2 yr old at night isnt fun.

There was no power and the hotel was closed. I want my money back!

After I paid for the room, I found out shuttle was broken and I cost me an additional $23.98 to get there an $12.96 to go back to airport. The room was nice, but the toilet was broken and had no water on it. I checked the water valve and it was open. I had to fill a trash can up with water to flush it. I told the front desk and they did nothing when I checked out.

The hotel was out of power apparently had been for 3 days and nobody told us. Then when I asked why the girl at the desk was very nasty rude and apparently didn’t care at all. So I was forced to get a room an hour away which made everything that more expensive. Will never attempt to book with them again.

This was our third time at this property. It’s close to the airport and lots of restaurants. It’s clean and quiet and I love the amenities!

Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean but the pool wasnt so clean. No ice machines and the one in our freezer did not work. Breakfast was your typical breakfast nothing special. The lovation was convient for what we wanted and plenty of dining options within a short distance.

Flight delayed and realized when I got off my flight in Houston that the shuttle at the property only runs until 11pm. Called the woman at the front desk (possibly Rebecca) who told me to call back once we got to door c105. I did at 1036pm and she proceeded to tell me the shuttle only runs until 1030. I pleaded with her to have someone pick us up (the airport was a zoo due to weather related delays). She said she would arrange for that and told me he would be there in 20-25 minutes. He showed up within the half hour and was excellent! Travis! Also the gentleman that checked us in was very professional. Our room was spacious but there were no coffee cups to enjoy coffee the next morning. I chose your hotel because it had the best rating for hotels close to the airport and provided shuttle service. Also weird stains in the tub.
