the extra charge pending for 5 days of 135.00 no elevators no breakfast loud noises

the hotel smells really bad an each floors look’s like a lot a homeless leave there. the hotel look beautiful from the outside but ones you are inside it’s a different history.

the size of the room, amenities and location all were great.

Rhe mattress cover didn't appear to have been washed evidenced by bodily fluid stains. The bathroom sink leaked. The hall and elevator had a foul smell. The staff did not communicate there was no housekeeping. The after hours check in person vacated their duty, didn't answer the phone so we were not able to get into our prepaid room until the following day, causing us to sleep in our car for the night.

I like the size of the rooms and that there was a kitchenette. The location was great, easy access to highway and nearby food.

there was no one there after hours who answered the phone to check us in. affected 2 rooms and we had to sleep in our rental car. We were on the 4th floor and there was a bad odor in the halls and elevator. There was only 2 irons in the facility and the staff did not know who they were given to so we didn't get an iron until the 3rd of our 4 night stay. We were not give any instructions or information on house cleaning (or lack thereof) or towel exchange system. I check for bedbugs and strip sheets at every hotel I stay and found the mattress cover to have what appeared to be bodily fluid stains. It did not appear as if the mattress covers get changed, only the sheets between occupants. The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor.

Decently quiet, AC unit worked consistently, staff friendly and helpful, rate was decent.

Floors were dirty/greasy feeling in the room. Couldn't get complimentary new linens and towels.

Wi-Fi signal too weak

I didnt like the fact that I was unable to experience my stay. I booked a reservation 2 days in advance and when I arrived, my reservation wasn't in their system. I showed the desk clerk my reservation via email and provided the confirmation number. Still nothing. I asked what my options were and I was told the property was overbooked and thats probably why my reservation was canceled, but without notice. I hadn't received an email or anything. So i had to find another hotel to stay for the weekend. That has never happened me before, and it was a very bad experience. No accommodations whatsoever. They could have called another sister property to see if there was availability. At this point because you have nothing to offer me, the least offered could have been effort and there was NONE.

The fact that they dont tell you fo extended stays there would be a#itional cost for linen and or to clean the room. Also you suppose to get one clean after your 14 day stay and we didn't get a clean until it was almost time for me to leave. The phone didn't work in the room. The peep hole was missing. The wifi wasn't working so i had to go somewhere else to work.

There was no staff on duty to check in around 12 am and I called in advance to make sure we can check in at that time in which they told me I could that all I needed to do was use the phone in lobby to call to check in and they would bring us our keys. The phone did not work and we tried having other visitors who were staying dial the number by their phone in their hotel room and was not working either. Customer service number was no help either. Had to find a last minute hotel only needed to sleep there until our flight & I was not refunded. definition Definitely do not recommend
