The location was close to all places we were going and a Mall right around the corner from the hotel

The only problem was the bathroom fan we advice the night clerk but when asked about it the next morning she never put in for a maintenance like she said

You could feel the springs in the mattress

The bed was horrible

The breakfast was great . Hot and very fresh, the staff was helpful and friendly willing to assisthe swimming pool didn't seem t in any way.

The swimming pool could have been a little clear .it seemed a bit dirty. But overall it was pleasant.

That it was a place to stay

We were unable to come in and out of our room the whole weekend without finding a staff member to let us in some of the staff wasn’t friendly and not a good help the staff brought outside children to swim at the pool so it was limited space I had difficulty at checkin trying to get the room I originally booked there was a lady downstairs at breakfast our last day stealing food not sure she was even a guest at the property we where unable to use wifi and unable to stream anything on TV so we just had basic cable there where things they failed to mention at checkin

The Staff was nice and professional.

The beds was un comfortable. The head of the bed had you feeling like you were going down a hill. I could not sleep .

Close to the mall

phone in room not hooked up and no cord to plug it in and refrigerator not working and told staff on Friday night when I arrived. never replaced it fixed and ruined my food and could not store food all day Saturday or Sunday.
