Hidden gem. It was beautiful and close to main city centre without being to close to the noise. We took taxi from train to hotel and were taken for 30€ . It was 2 km drive. We could have taken the bus for much less. Walking distance to ruins. Note that my daughter did speak Italian and could understand comments made about our coffee choice.

Overall a nice property. Good to have parking available. The only negative I can say is the bed was not comfortable and pillows flat.

We spent one night after seeing Pompeii. The location was great. There was a great pizza place close by.

Hard to fall asleep street was very noisy and room was hot.

I’d stay here again.

The staff was great and we enjoyed our stay.

My stay was just for a night but because I wasn’t going to make it before their hours (which is 10 pm) they made sure there was a way for me to get what I needed when I arrived. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly and English speaking .

Tucked away down a quiet street but a two minute walk from all the action.

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast service was first rate. Within walking distance to Pompei ruins and many excellent dining and shopping opportunities. The rooms are very clean and air conditioned. A little difficult to find on a side street but this is a plus as it is in a quiet neighborhood but just a few hundred feet from the main drag.

We loved our stay here, will be back again!

Very disappointed to be given an economy room when we paid for higher spec. Night 1 - shower didn’t work, walls were covered in Damp. Got moved to a better room, appeared ok then aircon didn’t work, had to sleep with open windows, being in the city the noise is very loud and stayed that way until really late, also having to have the window open for any air, also allowed us to get bitten loads by mosquitoes, when the aircon got fixed the hot water then didn’t work for final two days. Not to mention the rude 4.30am awakening by the fire alarm and bright emergency lighting in the room! Very disappointed with it all.

The hotel and hotel room was large, spacious and clean. Close to the town centre so walking to shops and restaurants was easy. Also close to the pompei archiological site. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. A great stay!

Hotel check in was disappointing…. After reading many reviews about the wonderful staff, first impression wasn’t the best (irritated when I pointed out we were placed in the wrong room and I asked to be changed, asked for a late check out and the man wasn’t very willing to help, etc.) On the positive, the hotel aesthetic is nice.

Located on a nice area, close to the centro. No paper maps available at the front desk. Breakfast was only ok, not much variety.

This property is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in for various reasons. It is listed as a 4 start property but is closer to 2 stars and 3 at BEST. The hotel is incredibly noisy and for some odd reason has two of its ten rooms IN the hotel lobby where guests check in. We could not sleep any of the nights we stayed there as we were constantly woken up with noise from late check ins. There is also a LOT of noise from the levels above - we could hear every footstep and conversations of partiers at 3-4 am. When we complained several times through the night and asked for a different room to sleep, this request was denied. The rooms itself are SIGNIFICANTLY different in real life as compared to the pictures. The rooms are dirty and stained, with the most uncomfortable hard mattress. The mattress was two twins pushed together and felt like a wooden plank. On top of this, the sheets were covered in a strange chemical smell, something similar to lye. If the hotel itself weren’t so noisy, I’m not sure we would have slept well anyways due to the disgusting bed situation. Finally, the hotel staff at the check in counter was rude and seemed to deliberately and maliciously lead us astray. We asked for a cab to Naples and were told to take the train instead, and lied to about the time it would take to do so - we were told it would be a 15 minute train by the front desk, in reality it’s 40 minutes. We missed our lunch reservation due to this. Worst hotel ever. Do not stay

This hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to the Pompeii ruins. The best thing about this hotel is the customer service. The ladies at the front desk will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. One of the ladies called in a pizza order for us (we don't speak Italian) and had it delivered. The front desk also speaks very good english. Highly recommended!

Great service and very clean hotel. We were supposed to leave the hotel at 5 AM to catch our flight home, but breakfast at this time was no problem at all. We were also recommended a dinner restaurant the day before which turned out to be one of the best we so far had been to in Italy.

Exceptionally clean and modern hotel in a great location, close to Pompeii Archaeological Park and plenty of restaurants.

This hotel was the best we have been to in Italy so far for, a fraction of the price of other hotels. The hotel is spotless, rooms huge, and staff so friendly. With free onsite parking, just leave your car, because everything is in walking distance. The town is safe and the main street filled with gorgeous cafes, a church and the Pompeii ruins entrance itself. There is a train down the way to take you to Herculameum close by too. Warning: Pompeii is huge, dont leave it till too late in the day like we did! Thank you Hotel Pompei Be Green for a fabulous 2 nights!!!!

3 nights to visit Pompei, Herculaneum and Villa Di Oplontis (Poppaea) and a great location. Pompei also has a good slow-food restaurant (La Bettola Del Gusto) and an exception Michelin 1-star (President Restaurant).

For a budget hotel, the room is new, spacious and clean beyond our expectation. The staff are friendly and helpful in helping us with transportation. The location is excellent as it is in a short walking distance to Pompeii Ruin, which we visited twice. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff. Very nice and clean rooms. Delightful breakfast. Near the centre of Pompei. The only negative thing was that the acoustic isolation wasn't very good. But as there are a limited number of rooms, this is a minor issue.
