It felt like a countryside hotel with the front garden wildflowers & the outside patio Staff were very friendly and helpful Restaurant food was delicious Bed was huge & really comfortable Shutters kept the light out Pets allowed

Everything except the male manager he was rude and arrogant. The lady manager was very pleasant and looked after us very well she could teach him a thing or two I would have rated the hotel much better if he had not been so rude.

Nice hotel, good location

The restaurant staff were very good at catering to our needs, and made an effort to communicate to us in our language. The reception staff were very helpful. The parking was good. The breakfast range was very good.

Our room was on the first floor, and unfortunately they do not have an elevator. The venue was hosting a wedding, which meant parking was limited, and guests had parked in the Electric car charging bays, so we could not charge the car.

Was allocated ground floor room as requested. Restaurant good selection and food was good. Staff excellent

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very nice with automatic roll down shutter on the window. The bed was comfortable, nice and firm. It could be a little noisy when other guests were getting back. Only stayed for one night but all in all, quite acceptable.

Dog friendly (the dog friendly rooms are away from everyone else), great grounds for the dogs, and extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond to help me. The bathroom was large too.

The hotel is positioned in Rouen outskirts, but in a select area. There is a Carrefour in the proximity of the hotel. The hotel has a generous parking lot. The breakfast was excellent. A+ for the staff. :)

Breakfast delicious with lots of organic options and nice little touches like oranges fresh to squeeze, locally-sourced jams and honey. Great choice of bread.

room better than other hotels in the same category. The check in staff was extremely friendly. The buffer breakfast have unlimited organic orange and local apples to make own fruit juice.

very quiet position , ideal for an overnight stop travelling from the South of France to Eurotunnel . Controllable heater in the room , very comfortable huge bed. excellent evening meal in the restaurant

Was surprised had kettle in room vety welcome. Nice size room very comfortable. Receptionist very welcoming and helpful. Had a wonderful meal in restaurant and slept well.

Could not find hotel there is no actual address on booking.com info. Forunately after showing a French lady our booking form no english us not much french she pointed to side of hotel which actually was in sight but no signage in view if Carrefour car park which is where sat nav took us.

Breakfast is served till 9.30, we got there at 9.20 & there wasnt much left. 1 croissant. No bread only rolls. No boiled eggs. We got the dregs of scrambled egg & bacon.

room was truly awful. basic with the largest tv I’ve seen in a while which meant the bathroom door could only be partially opened. I’m a level 3 bookings user- this does not give any benefits when using booking.com to book rooms

The girl at reception was brilliant, very friendly and helpful Good room and facilities. Excellent food in restaurant Situated in secluded grounds with Plenty parking and convenient Carrefours supermarket and fuel station next door
