Absolutely loved the hotel and hope to return. The building has amazing detailing and beautiful finishes. It was also exceptionally clean. The spa was lovely and we dined in Brasserie Rita which was outstanding. Other than feeling like we were an inconvenience to the member of staff checking us in we cannot fault this hotel, but we'll put it down to a member of staff having a bad day rather than a reflection of the hotel. Every other member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Amazing place in a sanctuary. Shower was amazing! Breakfast was delicious and the location is walking distance to all most important places. Definitely recommend.

First off a wonderful and modern design hotel worth the stay and breakfast. There is some work to do on the reception and the welcoming of guests, but the rooms are very nicely built and designed. The Cleanliness felt a bit behind, but not a disgust, just some dust. The Spa area is a very little one, with not much service, no towels, no bathrobe and you need to change before going there best! The Saunas worked, but small 2x. Slept well with good beds and Breakfast was great. Food choices and fresh. Location for a city trip is optimal for Eindhoven, so generally if you want to go, make sure you don't pay too much and enjoy the hotel for it's design and location.

The hotel looks impressive. It is impressive and the rooms are up with the best. Regrettably the fault lies with the human interaction. More like German non existant than Dutch friendliness! I asked for my bill....we prefer eco friendliness so email it to you....never arrived! Try to call.....and give up after 20+ minutes on hold....3 times....3 different days! No reply to emails either. Your call future guests. Impressive accommodation....let down by poor customer service!

Elegant hotel with a beautiful breakfast terrace to enjoy the delicious food options. The room was very modern & comfortable. The staff were great & absolutely professional. Unique experience for it has a church building as part of the hotel that can be visited when not in use. Definitely one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at & would gladly recommend to most.

Not a cozy hotel. First you enter into a huge empty lobby that lucks any furniture or decorations and looks like an airport hall. Room was extremely small with just beds, small table and 1 tiny chair for 3 people. There wasn't any other sitting area. Not enough vanity space. Wi-fi was terrible. We could not even check messages. Staff did not respond to our complain, although not sure they could do anything about Wi-fi. For the price of this hotel, I would never recommend it.

Stayed at this hotel for one night, arriving 26. april. I booked a "Blue Virgin Room" as the homepage said that "this heavenly blue interior with halo hanging lamps creates an oasis of peace". Well, the heavenly blue interior was pink, and the peace there was nothing of as a rock concert was going on 50 meters from my room untill almost 1 AM. Impossibel to sleep? Off course it was. A couple of days before my stay I received an "all you should know about your stay e-mail". I learned about breakfast, spa, the foot bath, the ice wall and so on. What I dindn't learned about was that the rock concert was taking part virtually on the premises. Did the management knew about this big concert three days before my arrival? I suppose so. Would I have stayed at the Mariahagen Hotel if I knew about the rock concert? No way! Now, I am certainly not against rock music at all, but why didn't the manager think, that the guests should be informed about this rock event? I came to the hotel for the "oasis of peace" and ended up with a very bad experience and totaly ruined sleep. 150 euros for a sleepless experience. Never again. All in all: I really liked the hotel, and the breakfast was fine, but in my opinion the management certainlay has to keep up with the communication to the guests.

Beautiful hotel. Very conveniently situated for the city. Safe parking. Great breakfast. The only gripe was being woken by the room next door taking a shower. The pipes mist have run through our room and were noisy.

Great hotel but service to be improved. Front desk is not helpful and don’t give any information about the hotel facilities. Nice Spa (2 saunas, 1 hammam, showers, ice,…) but without any disposable towels nor shower gel.

I highly recommend this hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful and the hotel and the rooms were nice and clean.

Lovely old Monastery converted to a hotel. My room had been modernized but unfortunately the Air Conditioning was not working and the window was locked shut. The room was on the third floor (top) so it got very hot and there was no way to cool it down. The architecture to modernize the building is horrendous and looks like construction paneling so they have ended up with a the facade of a beautiful old church ruined by a stark modern white boxy addition. Overall I can only rate this place as average.

It's a small gem in the city center. Doesn't disappoint and service is great as well.

Mooie locarie

Had a fantastic stay in this wonderful new hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the city center in a beautiful old monastery and church. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had the blue room which has a lovely view of the church. The large windows with a cosy seat make the room feel spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and extensive. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Eindhoven!

Service in restaurant was dismal - forgot drink order and took 30 mins to bring dessert.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The location is amazing and the breakfast is worth going back for alone!!!

Property is new and modern, but built into an old church. The room was large and comfortable, yet heating in the bathroom didn't exist. Arriving at the hotel is currently difficult as it is not clear where to pull up so that you can unload luggage.

The building was nice. The room could be a bit cleaner and the stairs in the room are annoying during the night.

Great location, lovely hotel overall. We did not get the room we paid for, instead were in a tiny room with tiny beds practically in the basement. We paid for a large room with 2 king beds and a huge window with view. Clerk at check in said "something happened" and we cannot give you the room with the two kings bed you booked. Really??
