Modern decor, comfy mattresses, large rooms. Great location- walk to everything!

The whole place needs some love. Walls were very dirty scapes and marks everywhere. No microwave, no coffee but a coffee maker, not enough towels in bathroom. Construction paper on deck - deck was filthy- could not use. Also 3 flights of stairs!

The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean.

I had safety, noise and electrical concerns that I texted to the staff. I called your staff and was hung up on. I was promised a maintenance person who never came to alleviate my problems. The staff was dismissive and as it turned out ignored my every problem. I will not recommend this property nor do business with this provider again. I do expect a total or at least partial refund as I discussed with my Booking.com representative, April.

The location is great, close enough to downtown to talk.

The door lock didn't work, and we waited almost 2 hours in the hall, waiting for someone to let us in. The rooftop patio decking was rotting. We could only use half of it.

Property was great, location was great. This is on the third floor with no elevator in the building. Sofa and area rug underneath was filthy. Other than that it was an excellent value.

Beautiful spacious flat with two large bedrooms and en suite bathrooms. Full kitchen The location could not have been better, very central in the heart of Nashville

There are many steps going up to the flat, 3 floors in total, it’s worth it, however might be a challenge for elder people or if you have a lot of luggage. The showers in both bathrooms did not work properly
