Everything we needed was on hand in the apartment. Decor, bed, crockery and bathroom supplies were all great. Could recommend this property.

Really well equipped and spacious apartment and short stroll from the beach and the lovely Ashton Park. I did not meet the owner but did speak to him and he was very helpful and flexible. It's a lovely apartment for a peaceful break by the sea. They even have a small patio which is a real suntrap at certain times of the day. All the fixtures and fittings are to a high standard and everything works which is not always the case with some properties. The kitchen is well equipped to use for self catering. Quite often the properties on booking.com don't live up to the reviews but this one really does.

The heating didn’t work and no welcome book to give instructions on how to use the thermostat. So quite cold for the few days we were there.

Fantastic spacious apt.
Very clean throughout.
All amenities were fantastic....including the large tv with Sky and Netflix too.
The huge shower was an added bonus.
Attentive and friendly welcome from the owner.
I will deffinatly book again.

Visited the property for a short stay with my sister and young nephew and cannot fault it. Great apartment with everything you could possibly need; iron, ironing board, hairdryer and even a wine fridge! The location is great (just around the corner from the beach) with the shops very close by and a nice park 2 min walk away. There are main bus routes right on the road outside and it only took us 15 mins to get into Lytham. Excellent stay and would come back/recommend!
Nothing, everything was great! Sat nav will take you to the back of the property but just drive around to the front where there is free parking!

Beautiful apartment, great location. Everything you needed. Easy access and the heating was on when we arrived. Beautifully furnished and comfy bed. Would highly recommend and stay again.

Stayed 2 nights at ashton mews! Walked in and was absolutely blown away by the decor and presentation. Very stylish and very comfortable! Pictures do not do ot justice! Very Very spacious for a one bedroom apartment! The beach is just a short walk away and also st annes Square! Loved the charity shops!

We spent 4 nights at Ashton Mews for my husbands birthday, was a great place to stay, lovely facilities, big kitchen, lovely big room , comfortable and very clean, Ray our host was on hand if we needed him, which we didn't because everything was in the apartment, top class apartment , with its own little garden, at back, on ground floor. Good location for transport into Blackpool and St.Annes town has everything, also short walk, just over the road to beach, would reccomend to anyone, thanks Ray, keep up the good standards 😀

Warm and clean. Beautifully presented with everything you need. Comfortable bed and free parking and so close to the centre and station.
Took a while to find it especially as we arrived in the dark. Needs building number near front entrance so it's visible from the road.
