They were so kind and welcoming. They upgraded me to a beautiful room with extra space. The balcony is beautiful and a perfect spot to sit and relax most times of the day (the sun of course was a little intense at times). The pool was a really nice option for quick cooling off. The kitchen had everything I would need. The breakfast was really lovely and staff were helpful with bus and taxi information. The big windows and fan had the nicest breeze and kept things very comfortable at all times. I would definitely come here again!

Finding the place was a bit different but once found, it was great.

5 min by feet to the beach (Playa Carillo). You have two pools. Breakfast was tasty. The restaurant is directly nearby. This could also be a little disadvantage, regarding noise. But we are not very sensitive. The room is equipped with a fridge and air con. We enjoyed the possibility to sit in front of the room (table + bench)

We had the 4-bed room and would definitely book the upgrade (studio). It was a little dark in the room and it is not very lovely equipped. It is more focused on functionality.

Love the peacefulness of the property. The staff were very pleasant. Short distance walk to the beach. Proximity to convenience stores. And the restaurant served amazing food (for reasonable price) included typical breakfast was a super starter to the day.

We had a great time here. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfasts were great. I loved having a great steakhouse right on site. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and is a popular spot, there were always a lot of diners that weren't staying at the hotel. Close by Playa Carrillo is a beautiful beach and during the weekdays we had it almost to ourselves, lots of palm trees to hang a hammock and easy free parking all along it.

The room was wonderful, larger than I was expecting with a nice modern bathroom and great AC. Mt room also had a kitchenette which was well stocked. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. the restaurant at the property was delicious and all cooked fresh.

The property was very close to playa carillo. They have a restaurant and one of the best food we had during our 5 month trip! The breakfast can be improved and the staff in the restaurant could be more friendly too. But they have a very good pool area and a very kid friendly too! The owner was very accommodating and friendly! We would definitely come back!

We had a fantastic time. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. We slept in the "Deluxe Family Suite" that is situated in a separate building with a private pool. It was very quiet and had a plenty of space, with a good wifi and a nice hot shower. Playa puerto Carrillo is just 5 mins walk away, and it is beautiful (and better than Samara beach). There's also an internal restaurant serving Argentinian steaks; we had dinner twice and everything was delicious. Highly recommended.

We spent 6 nights here, but we wished to stay longer!

I stayed in the family suite #8 for three nights and enjoyed my stay very much. Hotel grounds are lovely and well kept. The suite was cool, clean, modern, nicely decorated, well equipped and super comfortable. The downstairs suites have a little private patio at the back and there are tables and chairs at the front facing the pool (upstairs units have two balconies). There is a second pool by the restaurant. The food was excellent and supermarket was also nearby. Wifi was very fast and reliable. Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Short walk down to the wonderful, quiet Playa Carrillo beach (I am so glad I chose this location and not Samara, which was busy and noisy). Highly recommended!

At this end of the hotel, you will not be bothered by the restaurant noise or music, but as guests gather to enjoy their dinners outside by the pool, you will hear them. So this could get a little noisy. But overall, it was very peaceful while I was there and always fully quiet by about 10-11 pm.

The rooms are basic and it can get a bit loud if youre by the restaurant - but we were jet lagged and went to sleep really early.

Clean and spacious rooms. reasonable distance to the beach and a very good restaurant on site. Excellent value for the included breakfast and fairly thorough amenities. The hotel was not busy when we stayed so we got a family room (large bed + 2 bunks and a kitchen) even though there was only 2 of us. Would be a great choice for a large family.

Although the hotel has a pool and is so close to an excellent beach, there were no beach/pool towels provided. Also, the only items in the bathroom were tiny soaps - bring your own shampoo if you need it. :( We also got thoroughly bit by mosquitos here, even though the night before in Sámara we weren’t bothered by them.
