Nada a apontar.

O silêncio e o calor alentejano, o horizonte florido...

Espero voltar .

Very Relaxing environment
No parasol only a base on our balcony (promised parasol didn't arrive). Also the very long, stony track to the property from the road

The staff was super kind, we got a family room and our kids had a good time. We enjoy the spa, indoor swimming pool in a not so cold weather in Portugal/February...bike to see animals close to there...

The landscape!
The rooms were a little humid and the AC could be better, but overall, very nice place. White lights in a room, even in the rest room, are today a big no-no, as there are already yellow low consumption lights.

Very good breakfast, a lot to choose from in a great location
The hotel has everything to be in a top tier except one thing. The offer available for dinner. Should you improve the dinner and lunch options and this place is a top tier place!

Not much, Breakfast and female staff excellent and helpful. Room and complex clean.
Many things, the management appear to have lost their way. No Internet in room only available in Lounge. No information nor map regarding facilities. No menu, fixed dinner regardless of allergies etc. Main course consisted on two nights of chopped pork ribs devoid of meat. Another night chopped pieces of chicken with splintered bone left in. The restaurant shown on the web site does not correlate with the advertised picture on the web site. No tablecloths etc. The walkway to the restaurant was littered with cushions, sun beds etc. On arrival despite having been contacted that morning to ask what time we would arrive there was no meet and greet. Our booked room was up two flights of stone stairs with no handrails. My wife had two metal knees and found it impossible to climb the stairs. We were allocated another room with plunge pool which was dirty. The main swimming pool was also contaminated and required remedial building work due to broken concrete at one corner of the pool. A yellow warning board was placed there but really required being cordoned off. The manager when informed said it was only a little dirty!!! A reported faulty light in the room was not fixed. Regarding Spa facilities Sauna inoperative and water pump feeding Spa pool very noisy due to suspected worn bearings. We only found the Spa on our last day due to lack of information.

The location on a working farm in the heart of the countryside,
Design throughout simple rural style. A lot of
make-shift pieces which adds charm in a way.
The space layout of the property, amenities offered, parking fantastic too plus all facilities around pool area are really well thought out! A huge effort.
An option of Individual apartments with their own pool and fireplace is fab for privacy!
Spa a nice setup. ( although dark)
Some of the Staff were so helpful and friendly.
Really enjoyable was the simple rustic home-cooking offered at an extra cost & staff at night were great ( Olga!) 😍
This property has so much going for it but it’s TIRED ..as the owner! A real pity!
My room ( #4 ) had an intolerable rancid water smell coming from the bathroom! . I believe this is ( a long-standing problem…) of infiltration. ( plz Fix it so your guests are safe and happy with their stay! )
Spa: a real pity it isn’t all in working order so was disappointing, ….esp when it markets itself as SPA as its selling point! Sauna kept on low, doesnt really work well… ( to safe costs I guess. 😳)
(… & should really hv a horizontal window to the countryside view, which would be a more spectacular experience!)

A stunning place in the middle of the Alentejo, beautifully designed, modern and with very friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing.

We enjoyed the breakfast: simple but good quality. Great home made cakes!
The staff is super friendly.
The property has some animals like donkeys and goats which the guests can visit, it’s nice.
The pool is great and the sun beds comfortable.
Rooms facing the pool are a bit noisy due to the proximity to the restaurant (mornings and evenings) and to early risers using the pool. At night, lights from the pool area and restaurant also come in through the curtains.
I would suggest booking a room facing the other side of the property.

Quiet, clean, comfortable.

- Staff friendly and helpful
- Spacious and comfortable room
- Farm animals near-by where we can interact with sheeps, donkeys (quite cute and friendly), goats and cows. Also can be found a very friendly dog (Becas) and a cat
- Nice place to park the car
- Nice living room well decorated with tea available and sometimes cake or cookies
- Dinner at the place was quite good and tasty but IMO slightly expensive
- Breakfast was also good but I think should bet more on local products instead of commercial products; IMO English breakfast (bacon and eggs) wasn't needed
- External pool was not available at this time of the year and we didn't tried the SPA so no feedback for these facilities
- Access road is tricky for non-all road/SUV cars; with the rain, it was hard to pass in some parts of the road without scratching the car below
- Cleaning can be improved: carpet and bedside had some stains; bathroom gets smelly due to the humidity
- Hot water flow is not very constant and finish relatively fast so for 2 person bath in a row can be quite challenging

PRELIMINARY REMARK: the hotel was occupied by only three guests during our stay.
Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of products: different types of bread, cheeses, a wide variety of fresh fruits (pineapple, papaya, mango, kiwi), homemade jam, natural orange juice. A healthy corner is also available. Missing, perhaps, gluten-free food.
The bed was comfortable, although the room is a bit small.
The living room with a burning fireplace and an area for making tea and biscuits created a very cozy atmosphere!
The staff was friendly and attentive.
Free bikes were available to ride.
The SPA was working (swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath) although the seat jets were not working.
The room was a little small missing, for example, a chair to place the big pillows and clothes or luggage.
Access to the SPA could be improved as it is necessary to cross a small path of pebbles that are not comfortable to walk in slippers, especially when leaving the SPA.
There are some doubts whether, in high season, it is possible to ensure the same tranquility we had during our stay...

The pool area was very clean and easy to use with no steps.
The bed was very comfortable although for a deluxe room we thought a little small with no sitting area or place to put cases to unpack etc.
Welcome was with Sergio who was friendly and professional.
The breakfast was boring, same every day for seven days was BORING. No variety in the warm food, scrambled egg and a sort of bacon every day. No sausages, tomato, mushrooms, fried eggs, boiled eggs etc.
The evening meal we tried twice and again very similar each time so we eat elsewhere.
No bar area during daytime or evening for occasional drinks.
Young girls working without any experience, didn’t understand what drinks we where ordering even though my partner is Portuguese they had no training for types of drinks, not there fault!
Shower floor in need of a replacement.

Spent a little time in the Beja wine region and chanced upon this location. The service is absolutely stellar. When something happens, the staff absolutely goes above and beyond their calling make it 200% better. Tip: I would recommend getting the upstairs room (the only one I believe) as it makes the experience a completely different one which has a 360 degree view and a private patio compared to the normal rooms on the ground floor. Thank you very much.
It is a little remote but within east driving distance from many of the well known wineries.

I booked a suite for my parents 49th wedding anniversary and the staff at the hotel when above and beyond to make it special for them. They could check in early, there were candles all over the suite, roses on the bed and when they had dinner a special cake was bought out for them with candles saying '49'. It made it very special for them as it was the first time they had left the house since covid began. So happy with the effort by the extremely friendly staff that we have decided we may visit ourselves soon in the near future!
The private pool in the suite could of done with a bit of a clean and a kettle in the room would of been great!
