Het strand met uitzicht zijn top… prachtige zonsondergang kan je daar bezichtigen of een sunset cruise geregeld door het hotel. De kamers zijn prachtig en de uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was zeer lekker en wordt geleverd in/naast de kamer of waar je ook wilt. Het is een rustige locatie (wat ik ook wou). Het is 20min rijden van iets drukkere plaatsen.

De wifi in de kamer werkte niet goed. Op zich niet vreselijk, ik zat soms buiten als ik iets moest opzoeken. Op het terras werkte de wifi wel goed en uiteraard aan de receptie.

Absolutely fantastic place, with the nicest staff. The Villa we booked, has space for 12 people. Great little private pool and a lovely sand garden. Different menu for lunch and dinner every day. Our kids also loved the place.

Unfortunately there is not a sand beach at the place. You can swim, but I recommend water shoes, as it is very rocky. Or you can take a taxi to Kendwa Beach, which takes 20 minutes to reach.

The calm and intimacy. And the staff was beyond nice and helpful.

No air conditioning and not enough choice for the food

The staff, especially JUMA was quite attentive to our needs and desires. JUMA made sure we always had what we wanted, food, information and everything. He was 24 hours/day at our service.

The curtains were a little bit smaller than the adequate to cover the glassdoor, therefore it made it a bit unconfortable after sunset, as the inside of the room was visible to anyone outside the room. I am referring to a very small part of the glassdoor, and it can be easily fixed by the owner.

The food and the staff was the only thing we liked the most.

Everything else. We payed for 2 nights in advance because we thought that it would be a great place to spend our last days in Zanzibar because of the nice photos and the good reviews but nothing is less true. We asked for to leave after one night with no sleep, cockroaches when we went to the toilet, only cold water, dirty sheets, the hardest bed ever, no airco, only a ceiling fan that makes noise like a lawn mower. And their was something like a private beach?? No beach at all, you can not swim in the sea and walking their is not recommended, no white sand like other places in Zanzibar. We asked for a refund and the only thing we get for free was 1 tuna salad starter, 1 fishsoup starter and 3 drinks total price was maybe 18 euro? Whatever, we felt disappointed, sorrowful, displeased and worn out.

Place is stunningly beautiful and perfect to relax. Lot of privacy. Staff is very nice and food is very good.

Road access to the hotel is dreadfull
