The perfect spot to wait and rest while a loved one was in the hospital. The front desk person was kind and helpful. The room was clean and accessible.
I would suggest implementing some energy efficient and earth friendly lighting for the parking lot and entry ways.

Honestly, this is my default selection when the Hampton Inns are too expensive. Otherwise, it's close to the highway and a decent option if you don't care about not having breakfast available.

Exactly what we wanted--low price, safe, clean, up to date. have to pay for gyms, pools, complimentary breakfasts that we never use.
I would be happy to stay in a similar place anywhere in the world.

I loved the fact that i booked two rooms that were side by side but on the top floor...my neice had two infants with her n the front dest agent moved her to the ground floor so she wouldn't have to lug so much up n down the steps :)

Staff are wonderful people. Seems to family owned and they take excellent care of their guests. Very convenient location for shopping and a few restaurants. Just under a mile from I-95, so quick trip back on the road the next day. We stay at the beginning of our trip and liked it so much we stayed here again on the way back. Simple little place, not flashy, a clean bed, mini fridge and microwave, and a clean shower...just what we needed.

The rooms were clean and the Inn is centrally located in Biddeford. It took us less than 5 minutes to go to the various places we visited around Biddeford.

The lamp's bulb needed to be replaced. It would of been nice to have a shower head on the wall.

This hotel was a perfect, inexpensive place to stay while visiting my granddaughter at nearby New England University. Not fancy, but clean.

As far as motel style accommodations go, this option is pretty good. It's very basic (motels usually are) but it was clean, near restaurants/grocery and adjacent to the highway.

Expedia refused to change to a better hotel.
Been a very loyal customer for about 15 years including buying all vacations for family at high end resorts.
This place was below what you ought to rent out.
Called Expedia who refused to change to another place.I am permanently ending my relationship with Expedia. some of our vacations were 30000 at top Caribbean resorts .
And you will not give me another room at a better place.

I booked a smoking room but was informed upon arrival that it is a non-smoking property. Isn't that called false advertising. The bed had mattress topper thankfully, because any pressure on the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. It looks like they are in the process of renovating. I say this because although there are picture hangers on the wall there are no pictures. There seemed to be a family bickering outside their room when we arrived. The greeting bordered on nasty. Also, prepare for a $100 hold on your credit card for several days even for a paid in full room. It's been 6 full days and the hold still hasn't been released.

Property is old. Room is sparse. Furniture old. Heat noisy, people smoking in chairs provided outside each door with ash trays. Exterior torn up artificial turf. Dangerous entries. In even ground. Not somewhere you would book twice.

Friendly staff that paid attention to your needs. Rooms are well kept and clean. It is a wooden structure so you can hear people walking on the floor above you. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

This property was misrepresented on Expedia com. The property had a 2.5 rating and has a reputation of being a terrible place from rude staff to unclean rooms. I went to another hotel after the front desk person was as rude and hung up on me.

The cost of over $240 for one night for a place that had a person who barely talked to us during check-in, NO coffee or breakfast offered, the door to our room had been broken in previously and you could see daylight through it!

The check-in representative was not very friendly. The check-in representative seemed to be the hotel owner. The room was not well maintained, and the hotel didn't prepare four bath towels set, although we booked for 4 persons.

It is not too far from Portland and it was the most affordable option. Not to mention it was clean and tidy and me and my travel buddy felt safe.

It was convenient. But no breakfast hairdryer was broken. Most outlets were dicey at best.
Beds were ok. But minimal ok for one night. But overpriced. I would not have stayed here except nothing else was available. I would not stay here again.

The gentleman working the tiny check-in office was not friendly at all, he was quite rude. The room was clean and pleasant. Unfortunately there was no iron or ironing board and when I went to the desk and asked for these they only had an iron, no ironing board. Overall, the room was fine for an overnight stay but I would not stay here again if I needed to stay more than one night.

What a waste of my money, this place was horrible . The room smelled so bad that we couldn’t sleep all night and the staff member that checked us in was so unprofessional.

First room we were given was not smoke free. When I asked for a new room there was no apology just a grumpy “Did you touch anything!”
