I loved it. The place was very cozy and in a very quiet neighborhood.
My only negative notes it's about the linens. There was human hair all over. Thanks God I bought my own sheets.

Great location near downtown Cape Coral. Private entrance and a great walk in shower in a large bathroom. Would definitely stay here again and in fact extended my stay.
Doesn't look like the TV gets local channels as far as I can tell.

Location was great. Shower was awesome! Hot tub was added benefit even though we didn’t use it.
The only thing better would have been having a couple of bikes to use while there.

everything was perfect really. it’s clean, homey. the people are very sweet
the only thing is that it is connected to the side of the actual property so I could hear them talking and music and such.
I know some people may not like that.
but honestly it made someone like me traveling alone for business feel at home. the people are so sweet too

No hot water in the shower. The bed situation for two was awkward. We did not see any beach nearby.
