This hotel was above and beyond our expectations. The room was large, vey clean and comfortable. The outdoor pool was excellent and indoor pool was nice as well. We used the outdoor. The place had fire pits and great sitting areas to relax. People were using the Weber grilles that were there. Quality facilities. We would go back again. This hotel was very economical!

Property was clean staff nice breakfast had a good selection. The indoor pool was very cold and it was windy and cool when we got there my kids didn't stay in very long. Outside pool we loved the next two days water was perfect after all we liked itm will go there again.

We usually stay in 4 star hotels, This booking was a last minute 2 night decision and we could not be happier. 1st the room is clean, the beds were comfortable and the linens were new. Nice breakfast included. The pool is amazing open until 11. The kids loved it. We were a 5 minute Uber to Hy-Line boat dock to Nantucket. Lots of good restaurants close by. The price was $200 a night, can’t beat this value. We will be back again. I highly recommend this hotel.

I didn’t know what to expect, as I actually have a summer home on Cape Cod, but it’s being rented throughout the summer by various families. Nevertheless, I wanted to come back to the Cape for a few days and enjoy the summer weather. I didn’t want to break the bank so I opted for one of the least expensive hotels I could find. I was extremely pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel, as well as the friendliness of the staff. The room itself was very modern and clean. The only small drawback was that the bathroom needed some modernization and caulking. Other than that, I was very happy and I will stay here again. You can’t beat the price.

Very nice place and very clean. The barbecue area was a plus. The only thing the bathroom and shower area in the room was a little small but it was fine. Thank you.

You’re not getting much for what you pay for. Staff really weren’t motivated to help solve any issues you have. No water available at a beach hotel. No extra towels or pillows. Fine for a weekend trip. Wouldn’t go back.

They need a bigger room for the Breakfast crowd. More staff to manage the Breakfast room.

Decent place to stay for the price. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The things provided (soap, conditioner, shampoo, etc.) were really small and not great quality so I would definitely bring my own products. There are two pools, which was fun for the kids. There were also two grills outside although I did not see anyone use them. Considering the price and the fact that the hotel is just minutes from the beach, I would definitely stay here again.

My family spent a night here after a deceiving hotel stay in West Yarmouth the night before 😫 We were so relieved when we got to Sunbird. The room was very well maintained and clean. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and our daughter enjoyed the little playset they had outside.

Although updated, room was very small and inconvenient. There is one uncomfortable arm chair and one office chair. Bathroom was extremely small with poor water pressure. The building needs to be updated.

Don’t stay here. This hotel is awful. My boyfriend and I booked a last minute night to stay here as we were on Cape and needed a place to stay for the night. I booked through Expedia and upon checking in, the hotel said my payment through Expedia was declined and I had to pay them directly. I questioned that and they again confirmed it was declined through Expedia and they needed my credit card. Stupidly, I provided my card to them and they stated if the Expedia payment did end up going through, the charge from them will fall off. Of course both payments went through so I spoke to someone in the office the next morning when checking out. The woman told me someone would be calling me to remove their charge. No one ever called me and phone calls I made to the hotel went unanswered. I disputed their charge with my credit card company. And now, two weeks after my one night stay there, they have charged my card again, now for a higher amount, and now a recurring charge! Again, multiple calls to the hotel have gone unanswered so I’m unable to speak with anyone there. I’ve had to dispute this charge with my credit card company again and had my card number reissued so this hotel can’t continue to use it and add recurring charges. Avoid this place at all costs. During our one night stay, we heard people above us running around all throughout the night and someone banged on our door around 1am and then ran away. It was very noisy and the staff is not helpful at all.

The property had renovation being done in the outside pool, bathroom are really small and toilet paper is very cheap quality! The beds were ok and comfortable! Inwill not come , its expensive for what is offering!

The breakfast was good, the room was in really good condition, although the employee never came to clean our room even though we put the sign to do it on our doorknob. The wifi was unstable during our stay.
