What a delightful hotel! From the welcoming emails sent before our stay to the warm welcome on our arrival I have nothing but praise. Our room was at the very top of the hotel with a spectacular view of the bay below. There was a variety of tasty treats with the tea and coffee, the bed was very comfortable and the shower room was bright and spacious. Breakfast was delicious...cooked to order and everything personalised. Perfect poached eggs and bacon served with a smile. The decor of the whole hotel was quirky with special touches such as traditional board games and interesting ornaments. On warmer days there is a little balcony. A bar is also available. Throughout our stay in all areas there was the attention to detail which makes a stay special. The location is perfect with both the sea and town within easy reach and free parking is available in both the hotel and on the street. Would definitely return. Thank you to all the staff who really seemed to care about giving us the best time.

Very friendly the Hosts Andrew and Beth very attentive. The Hotel is very quiet only 5 minutes away from the grand pier. Comfortable beds great shower and generous breakfast. Overall I would definitely stay again.

Hotel is located top of a slight hill but is central to access beach, town, walks. Really lovely decor with an unusual vibe if you look. Friendly owner, staff, great breakfast, filter coffee and more.
Upgraded at reception to a lovely room with a lovely off section with views of beach. Mattress does need some attention as do pillows. Not top end but in our opinion definitely good. Would stay again.

Brilliant hotel, the owners and staff did everything to make my stay enjoyable. The room was excellent and spotlessly clean and the nibbles were really appreciated. A brilliant short break. Thank you Andrew and Beth.

Nicely designed layout onsuite done really nice, even though you could get a Seaview if looked out to the left shame you also got a view of the roof top chimneys.

Just returned from a 4 day stay at this gem of a hotel in a lovely part of Weston with great views over the bay . We felt all staff we encountered were keen to ensure we had a comfortable stay and we’re proud of the hotel.

Booked a sea view room but on arrival the owner gave us the option of going to another room as the original one had just had a window replaced. In fairness we were able to look at other rooms first but wouldn’t have stayed in the original one anyway as it smelled strongly of putty and was cold. However we were charged an extra £25 to move, and there was damp on two walls when the curtains were pulled back in the room we stayed in. The water pressure on the electric shower was also very low.
Breakfast was nice, but not worth the £25 charge.
Overall its a nice hotel and 5 minutes from the front, but overpriced for what you get.

We had a nice sized room (number11) which was let down by the bathroom. This was situated in the eaves with a sloping roof which meant that we had to be careful not to hit our heads when using the toilet.
There was a weird bath configuration which meant that it was impossible to use the shower.
We had a good welcome and there were extras such as a well stocked hospitality tray, including biscuits and bottles of water.
The breakfasts were excellent with table service but we were offered top ups of toast and coffee.
There was good communication prior to our stay.
Car parking is virtually non existent if the hotel is full with space for three cars only and the surrounding roads were quite congested.

Lovely period house. The balcony room was wonderfully big and the outlook wonderful. There was a bar and breakfast was a possibility.

We wanted a quiet hotel, comfortable, close to the centre so we could walk in, and with parking (there isn't much parking but on road free parking is also close by). It ticked all those boxes. Breakfast was good (I'm writing as a vegetarian - but I'm sure meat eaters were well catered for), and the hotel owners and staff were lovely and helpful. Thank you, Andrew and Sara. Our room was extremely comfortable and had a place to sit and admire the sea views. A+++++

The hotel reminds me of an old Queenslander, house or hotel in Australia.
Wonderful wide view of sea from hotel room and a balcony to get some fresh air.

Excellent value! A friendly, welcoming, traditional hotel. Nice rooms, superb shower and a sea view (though oblique). Excellent breakfast, I recommend their poached haddock but the "full English" is very filling.
The car park is small but parking in the street outside is free.

Queenswood hotel was a very relaxing and comfortable experience. We Enjoyed our time at the Queenswood Hotel and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a lovely room with a Seaview and and an extra sitting room. The host was very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble we were very fortunate to also have some very friendly guests. Weston-super-Mare was a really wonderful and pleasant experience there was so much to do we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we had the perfect weather to match. We will most definitely be returning to stay at the Queenswood Hotel.

The hotel is characterful and attractive, clean and contemporary in its decor, with large comfortable rooms and professionally run. The breakfasts are generous and freshly cooked to order. The rooms with a sea view really do have great views over the town, pier and beach.
There is a small forecourt and free parking on the adjacent steep road, but parking wasn't a problem when we stayed there.
It was a good alternative to staying in a chain hotel.

A friendly clean and modernised hotel only 10 mins walk to the beach. The huge breakfasts are delicious and there is plenty of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Well ran hotel.with this horrible pandemic happening it is hard to pick where to stay or do you stay away. Rest assured everything has been thought of with safety in mind at this hotel..down to take way breakfast. Clever idea.Nice comfortable rooms too. The host even had time to leave my wife a birthday balloon .definitely stay again.

Large and clean room with comfortable bed. The hotel is on high ground overlooking the bay and the pier. Free parking and the space may be limited though street parking is allowed but you may practice on your parallel parking on a slope.
