I am worried this property is on the decline - attention to details. Faucet handle in bathroom came off - flange around door stop fell off - the pool needed maintenance (chlorine) and was cold - the breakfast was lukewarm at best and not as much variety as on previous stays. The printed TV guide laminated in the room - not correct - no Wi-fi on the TV so no access to stream - TV guide on the TV also not correct. You are left to just scroll and hope..Has this changed owners? It makes me wonder

This is a stunning property. Everything is updated and nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was awesome. The indoor pool was nice and had a nice temperature to it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall wonderful experience!!!

The bed was comfy. The employee were pleasant. The pool was murky and the pool room was like a sauna. The breakfast was worse than Denny's.

Manager lied about being able to give us a refund. Had to call Hotels.com and after talking to multiple people, the manager was able to give me a refund, due to a fsmily emergency and not being able to stay.

Recently had a family wedding and spent two nights at the property. Large room that was clean with great blackout curtains and cold a/c. My son recently had shoulder surgery and needed to ice it to keep swellling down. The late front desk clerk gave me several clear trash bags to make an ice pack that did not leak! Great ice machines!

It was in a safer area of St Louis, and it was within half an hour from the Zoo, and the Botanical Garden

Had a wonderful experience there. Staff was so friendly and tried to assist with room request, extra blanket, an omelet when those in the breakfast area had already been eaten by other guests. Additionally the pool was inviting, they had vending machines if a snack was needed, updated rooms & hallways as well as a very comfortable bed! I was sad we were busy with other things in & around the area & could not enjoy more time, actually at the hotel. Recommend!

The location and service were great! Our bathroom floor wasn’t perfectly clean but we don’t usually walk around barefoot in hotels anyway.

My booking was a last minute as I came to town because my friend was in the hospital. There were no issues checking in even though it was so late and I felt very safe in the parking lot. The front desk clerks were very nice. The breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The pancakes were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

I found a dirty washcloth on the shower curtain rod!!!! That was disgusting!!!

Stayed here for work. Was adjacent to the facility I was working at as well as many easy and affordable food options. Didn't drive more than 4 miles the whole week I was there.

I travel quite a bit. I don't mind giving my credit card for incidental purposes. But I do object to dinging my card for $50 with the promise it would be refunded "once the room is inspected and about 4 days" after check out. That is an old practice that shouldn't be allowed.
It forces me to take pictures and a video of the room.
The property has had an upgrade and the room was good. I would toss out the automatic pancake machine which produces something close to tasteless rubber.

Missing bathroom towels (only 2 sets were provided) bath room door missing the hanging clothes rack (broken rack), missing extra blankets in the closet.
Was told the hotel was full but the parking lot was not even half filled.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I have stayed here before, but they have renovated this hotel since my last stay. The hotel lobby and room were clean and in order. Also, everything was in good working order.

The adjustable shower chair had mold on it. Clorox could simply fix that issue. Also, every morning there was a new insect looking at me, when I use the bathroom.

I was charged a $50.00 amenities fee which th desk clerk said was non-refundable. I was originally given a room that was not cleaned and had to return to the desk to get another room. New room was in disrepair. I would not recommend this hotel.

Everything was good and I would stay there again. It met my needs, the breakfast was good, especially the hot cinnamon rolls. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Louder than usual.. No hot water unless you ran the water for 30 minutes or better, Manager said because they just changed tanks, but regardless for 3 days straight.
