Excelente localização vc pode ir a pé para vários restaurantes nas proximidades , tudo muito limpo e funcionários muito cordiais, voltaria com certeza

Boa localização, próximo ao terminal central de ônibus, facilidade de chegar aos principais pontos turísticos. Limpo, bom café da manhã, quartos amplos, atendimento adequado. Recomendo.

O hotel é bem localizado, no centro da cidade, limpo e com preço justo. O pessoal é atencioso e é onde o hotel se destaca.

I liked the location of the hotel, staff were friendly and the hotel was clean. They have a small travel agency desk where you can arrange the various places of interest. The breakfast was ok, they have small savoury and sweet pastries, which were rather dry, didn't look fresh, a part from that the rest was good.

the staff are informative. Arrange a taxi trip from hotel to Argentina Iguazzu and they did offer me a fair rate and is fuss free. The hotel is next to a shopping street but strangely the shops closed very early when we got back from Iguazzu for both days. Only problem i would say is the sheets used for the beds. They are too thin and too small and it tends to get lossen in the night and i would be sleeping directly on the mattress without the sheet. Would suggest they use a better, bigger and thicker bed sheet.

It's a nice hotel and the location is good. The pool looks better on the pictures.

The staff speak English and are very helpful. They helped me activate my TIM sim card, which otherwise would be impossible for me.

Super close to everything you need and any tour to the falls will pick you up from here. Make sure you walk the 10 minutes to Capitao Bar!

Hotel located near a nice 24 hour restaurant one block on the right. A few mediterranean eateries 2 very long blocks straight. Very good breakfast. Clean and well maintained room and very safe. Nothing much to do around in the neighbourhood.

hotel is ok to stay for short term. No much selection of breakfast and didn’t tasted good.

Clean hotel with air con and comfortable bed. Don’t expect much more from a 3* hotel at that price. If you are going solely for the Falls I would stay closer to the airport/Falls. Not much happening in town and it is a bit of a drive between the two. So would make more sense to be closer to the Falls which is also closer to the border if you are planning on going to the Argentinian side.

Very good service and comfortable room and shower. The fruit water at refeption is cold and very good after treckig iguacu fall.

This hotel is conveniently located close to all major streets in Foz do Iguacu. The rooms were clean and well kept. The pool was great. The hotel staff was very helpful and spoke good english. There is a free airport pick up service which was excellent for us. The hotel was able to check us in 2 hrs before the check in time for free. The tourism desk situated at the hotel lobby was really helpful in getting us tickets for the city tour and the Rafain churrascaria dinner show.

Central location at an affordable cost. Very clean with breakfast included and helpful staff.

This hotel is a gem. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel super welcome. Reception team friendly & helpful, speaking excellent English. Rooms were well serviced by Housekeeping. The central location is perfect to explore Foz, restaurants and to catch public transport buses to the airport & Iguacu Park. Good hotel breakfast. Didn't use the swimming pool but the area was thoroughly cleaned each morning and there's a bar area/pool table. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief 3 night stay - great location, great value, great staff.

I stayed here in March 17 when I visited both sides of the falls. It was great and I couldn't have asked for more! There was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and the driver was waiting for me with a name sign when I landed. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable; I had a great nights sleep. The bathroom was large with a powerful shower and hot water. There was a very large selection at the breakfast buffet; all high quality. Their Customer Service was over and above what I expected. The staff spoke good English and were lovely; offering to come and meet me when I got myself lost and had to call for directions, translating on the phone for me when I had to try and resolve a problem I had with a tour and calling someone from their tech support who came to the hotel when my mobile would not connect to the internet. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!

I stayed here for 3 nights in February 2017. The room was spacious and clean and staff very helpful. The buffet breakfast had a considerable amount of food to choose from, quite good. Location was excellent as it was one block back from the main street, therefore no noise from that street.

Stayed for 2 nights to see Iguazu Falls - not much to see in the neighborhood or town but the staff was helpful and the room clean. Strict 2pm check-in. Airport pick up needs to be directly dealt with the hotel. Breakfast selection was excellent. Pool was open from 10-10pm but it was too cold at the time of the year.

Absolutely loved our stay. Fantastic hotel with awesome porters !! Super friendly and went above any beyond :) breakfast was beyond delicious !!!!!!!!

Close to the main bus terminal. Walking distance to some great restaurants, clean, safe and a nice pool and bar area.

While the hotel is a bit of a distance from the waterfalls, it more than makes up for it in comfort and hospitality. We got a great deal with our airline tickets and were pleasantly surprised with the Accomodations. The staff was helpful with storing our bags before our room was ready, helping us find places to eat and getting us taxis. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

This hotel is still is undergoing renovations, the outside, reception and breakfast room look pretty much like the pictures on this site. It is not a fancy hotel but it is very clean and they provide very abundant food for breakfast, plenty of options to choose from if you stay a couple of nights. I stayed 4 nights and realized after the second day I wasn't looking forward to have breakfast since they would have the exact same thing as the two days before. The food is great, at least 4 warm options (eggs, sausage, baked pastries, warm bread), fresh fruit, hams, cheeses, plenty of bread and deserts. The problem is, it is the same every day, so after 2 mornings it's not as exciting. Their location is also great, near restaurants and shops, you can walk to the central terminal about 4 long blocks, or there is a bus stop just steps away from the hotel entrance you can catch a bus there to go to the terminal and you only pay once. I found you can take public transportation to all major attractions in the city. I didn't get to use the pool since it's being renovated. They have travel/tour services right at the hotel lobby, they pick you up for free from the airport but you will need to pay for transportation when you leave, the rate is very reasonable compared to taxis.

Overall, I would recommend the hotel. It's near the bus stops, good food, and a central location. We booked through Expedia and were told we'd get a free airport pick up. We provided our flight info, but there was a communication failure between Expedia and the Hotel and we were not picked up. This would have caused us to review the hotel negatively; however, Hugo at the front desk was very helpful and was able to set up a complimentary airport drop off instead. To those concerned about english... Some of the staff speaks english and some do not. Nowhere do they advertise that they speak english, so I don't find it justifiable to consider this a negative... but be aware that the night shifts do not speak english.
