Very clean and comfortable, loose door handle in the bathroom and the wall a/c heating unit is for the entire room which is divided in 3 areas, bedroom, kitchen/bathroom and living room with the thermostat in the bedroom making it pretty cool in the living room

My room was lovely and spacious. I appreciated all of the supplies in the kitchenette. Everything felt and looked clean.
The bed, linens, and pillows were so comfortable. I had the best sleep I had had in a long time.
It was a bit humid in my room on the second floor, but it was manageable.

We were cold all night. At 10: 45 pm. The front desk switch’s us to a different room. But, it was the same. The heat is not working at all.

The property was clean and quiet. Close to quite a few amenities. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. Only issue we had was that we had luke warm water when we showered.

Full kitchen came with just a tiny mini fridge that opened the wrong way against the wall and was difficult to access.
Room floor seemed dirty - tile floor in the kitchen felt greasy/unclean on check in. We requested morning house keeping twice during our 4 night stay and it wasn’t any better after. Pull out bed was also very uncomfortable (mattress thin and springy) and it wouldn’t sit flat. Our kids slept on it, but I don’t think it would work for an adult.
Other than that, everything was good. Location was great for what we needed.

Sandman was a nice place to hang our hats while staying between Longterm Care home and senior residence for family. It was convenient. We liked having access to a kitchenette to keep snacks and breakfast fixings.

The room seemed ok until I looked closer at the finishings. Baseboards are nicked, bathroom mirror wood surround has a piece right above the faucet missing, bottom of bathroom door is missing paint, mold in the tile grout in the bathroom shower, curtains need to be washed or dusted, ceiling light needs to be dusted, the rug had some stains and the rug was loose. The king size bed seemed smaller than a normal king size bed.
Not what I was expecting for the price that we paid.
The hallway and reception area seemed nice.

The room especially the bathroom was vwry tired and dirty. No detail in the cleaning and corners clearly not been touched in months. The toilet kept loudly refilling itself every few seconds, so i had to turn off the valve so i could sleep. Guests and kids running and shouting in the corridor til after 1am.

The room is small and narrow and the king size bed is very small like a double bed.

Very helpful staff, beautiful rooms, but a little tired. Very clean and comfortable beds. They accept pets and treated Buster extremely nice. 🙏

Easy Check-In, great location and very clean with comfortable beds. Only downside but not worth giving 4 Stars was that there is two restaurants that share the same parking lot for the hotel which makes it difficult to find a parking space unless the restaurants are already closed. The other downside but again not worth dropping a star is that the hallways are extremely long which is tiring after a very long day. Try to request a room closer to the elevator.

One of my go to’s for solo trips to the city. Super close to shopping and the shark club which is great for food and drinks, literally 10 steps from IKEA and Bouclair (they just need a HomeSense). The staff are amazing and so friendly. The rooms are showing some wear and tear however. That would be my only complaint

The message is too long to write. Late checkin and by the time I turned in it was over an hour. Wrong room. After the third time the card didn’t work they realized they wrote the wrong room number on the card. 1 hour.. then the smoke detector started beeping. The one person that was working that night brought a new smoke detector to the room and I changed it out because she didn’t know how. I want a refund. There’s more if you want to know

The hotel was very nice at first impression, we booked the jacuzzi suite fans it was nice and fairly roomy. The bathroom appeared to need some maintenance, there were missing tiles from the side of the tub, and buildup in the corner of the bench. When I turned on the jets ain’t the tub, grey gunk came out of the jets enough so that when the tub was drained it covered sides of the tub. I otherwise we had a great stay, the staff was very attentive and friendly and the bed was clean and comfortable.
