Property had clean, updated furnishings and kitchen was equipped with what we needed to eat in or carry-out in addition to items like spice rack, coffee, creamer, etc. Location is great for restaurants, shopping, and trails.

Great location, Wonderful property. Elevator building with undergrond parking. Host was very accommodating. Even had build in I e maker in fridge - bonus! Towels and shower are top notch.

Great location and vibe. Eating areas within walking distance, beautiful park like grounds to walk. All amenities provided by a great host, Christy. All needed info for a secured condo were provided. We really enjoyed our visit exploring Cda.

My husband and I recently stayed here and had a fabulous time! The condo has all the comforts of home including the most comfy pillows we have ever tried! The location was perfect with lots of cute shops and good restaurants within walking distance. The host, Christy, was very responsive to our requests including giving us recommendations of places to visit and eat. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

The property is well-stocked, clean, and in a fantastic location. The patio is great for taking in the afternoon sun and there are several fun restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed in Christy’s condo for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! The condo is clean, well stocked and decorated beautifully! Check in was easy and Christy was so helpful and communicative! The location is so close to great walking and biking trails, restaurants and shopping! We highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

This condo was ideal for our week in CDA. It was well decorated/ accessorized with an ultra comfortable bed. Christy was very responsive and the Riverstone area offers numerous options for dining, shopping and entertainment. We will definitely return to this condo the next time we visit CDA. Christine

Absolutely loved this condo- very clean, AC, modern and comfortable. Walking distance to everything in Riverstone and to my family. Christy was extremely nice, helpful, and responsive, and kept us in the know about events happening around town during our stay. She also clearly communicated instructions/directions. Will be rebooking for next year!!

This beautiful condo was the perfect place for a much needed getaway with my husband. It is a short drive to the beach and downtown area but at the end of the day we appreciated the peace and quiet of the condo. We also enjoyed the shops and restaurants surrounding the condo. I'm sure we will be back. ❤️

The condo was as advertised. Clean, updated, comfortable. Good instructions on how to enter/exit, parking. Appreciated the recommendations on local restaurants. Just outside the heart of the downtown, nice and peaceful but easy access to everything. Highly recommend.

We wanted a few days away from the summer heat and had heard about Couer d’Alene. Our goal was to get in long walks and spend time outside. Although it was very warm for here it was still better than 110. This is a great location near the Centennial Trail and outdoor restaurants.
My only negative about the whole experience was the bed. Much too saggy.

Checked in at 3:50 PM walked in the door and it had not been cleaned. Towels all over the floor in the bathroom. Bed still slept in. Crumbs all over the counter and floor in the kitchen. Pee all over the floor in the bathroom and toilet. Disgusting. Never would recommend this to anyone.

Awesome condo. Great location. Really nice place. Bed was amazing, condo was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Great place to stay if you are visiting CDA.

The condo is quite nice and fully equipped with everything needed. The check-in process was bumpy. The ambiguous instructions led us to the wrong building/unit and took us 1.5 hours to resolve causing us to miss dinner prior to a theater production. It was smooth sailing after that. We liked having shops on the street level and enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Olive & Vine.

This property was absolutely amazing! We loved that underground parking was an option since we were driving a rental and were nervous about leaving it out in the open. The elevators were only a short walk to the room which was nice as well. The condo was loaded with everything we could’ve needed & then some. It was decorated so cute & made us feel right at home. My husband’s favorite part was enjoying his morning coffee on the balcony. Christy was so easy to get ahold of & communicate with. We originally only booked for two nights & after talking it over with my husband we were interested in staying another night. Christy made it so easy for us to add the extra night. I would 110% stay at this location again!

Love the location! Great shopping, restaurants and movies all just downstairs! And we discovered a great walking training just across the street! Cindy is well stocked and very clean! We will be back!

We enjoyed the shops and neighborhood around the condo. Everything worked well and it was comfortable. The bed was a bit too firm for me and the ventilation overnight was a bit overactive. However it was a great location and a clean home and we would come again anytime.

Have enjoyed many stays in Coeur d’Alene over the years but this was by far the best accommodations. Easy check in, clean and well stocked unit, comfy bed, within walking distance of numerous upscale shops, restaurants and wine/coffee bars as well as walking trails and easy connection to the riverwalk. Highly recommend. We’ll be back!

Everything we hoped it would be. Facility was wonderful. Amenities, cleanliness, supplies were wonderful. Location is truly great for quick, easy access to most all of the places we might want to visit in Coeur d'Alene. We will most definitely keep this property in mind when we're looking for a quick weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay and would book again at this CDA condo. The location is amazing and so close to many restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, etc. It was nice to just walk to dinner and breakfast. Very clean and as described.

The condo is in a village setting with restaurants, movie theatre, and shopping. It's a short walk to the Spokane River and a 2 mile distance to the Coeur d'Alene city center. The condo was immaculate and modern with a nice balcony. We would absolutely stay here again!

The condo was spotless, and perfect for the two of us. The owner was exceptionally responsive when we couldn’t figure out the television. Several texts on a Sunday, yet never made us feel like we were annoying her. full size shower gel-oil of olay and suave for men along with Pantene shampoo and conditioner. Also a small drawer with many necessities if you forgot something. Huge towels along with makeup washcloths. The bed was extremely comfortable. Balcony perfect early in the morning. We utilized the indoor parking spot and the elevator with ease. Great place to stay!!

As other visitors have said, this condo was beautifully appointed and had everything you might need to have an enjoyable stay. We had a minor issue understanding the door lock, but Christy called us promptly and resolved the issue. After checking in and having a great time, we wanted to stay one extra night and Christy was able to do that with no effort on our part. Highly recommended!
