We stayed for a few days in January. The house is in a good location near the center of town. It is comfortable and very nicely decorated. There was plenty of room for our group of 6. Now the disappointing: Within an hour of checking out we received an email demanding we pay $150 for soiled sheets. (We took great care to make sure the property was left in immaculate condition.) If the sheets were left with stains it seems not much effort was made to clean them due to the email being sent so quickly after checkout. Reading previous reviews it looks like this has happened to at least 2 other guests that have stayed at the property. It also seems odd that the property manager wrote our review nearly 6 months after our stay.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Posada. It was immaculate and charming, roomy enough for the five of us, and an easy walk to the Plaza. We had an active 7 month old with us and enjoyed throwing a blanket down for her in the yard/garden area. The only thing I missed was a write-up on the building, some history of it.

Our family of 5 adults had a great stay. The bedrooms are all suite sized with en suite baths and sitting areas. We had everything we needed and enjoyed being close to the plaza and walking distance to restaurants. Can’t wait to come back

The place is so charming, so New Mexico. We loved it. You cannot beat the location, close to the major plaza and many restaurants.

Everything was just perfect for my family of 2 couples, one child and one single. Each bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped and clean and our host was always available to answer questions and even had propane for the outdoor grill delivered in record time! We look forward to staying again next time we're in Taos.

This gorgeous house is within a short walk to the plaza. Perfect for a family gathering. Multiple courtyards to hang out in.

This space was just right for our group of 3 couples (longtime friends). We enjoyed the suites, the ample visiting and eating areas, the outdoor spaces and the overall ambiance. Plus, Taos is just magical.

The house was warm and cozy. Out 6 person group felt the house was very roomy. The location was soooo convenient! We loved all the bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms plus a half bath in addition! Kitchen was great also and dining area was huge! We loved every minute of our stay!

This place is better than what is shown on the lovely photos. It is incredibly spacious. Bedrooms have additional seating and the living room, two dining rooms and kitchen are very large.
Also, the mattresses were very comfortable.

My family decided to get away for a quick ski trip. Not all in the part ski so this was the perfect place. Walking distance to dinner and shopping. The house was beautiful decorated for Christmas and so cozy. Will definitely stay again!

La Posada de Taos is a welcoming home that includes a fully stocked kitchen and 3 bedrooms w/ ensuite bathrooms. It is a 2 minute walk to the Plaza and very walkable to other parts of town. Centrally located to access roads to scenic views, hikes and cultural activities.

Our family… two sisters, husbands and our Mom … thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Posada de Taos for a week in October. The house, garden and atmosphere are enchanting. We particularly liked the sense of “place” and history that are so present in this home. After days spent in the incredibly scenic countryside and mountain towns, we enjoyed returning to the comfort and serenity of the Posada each night. The house has everything you need to settle in and start living there. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to the Posada if we visit Taos in the future!

Excellent location for the long Labor Day weekend; beautiful home: clean, neat, delightful patios, amenities galore; manager immediately responsive, owners wonderful. My daughters, sons-in-law and granddaughter were more than pleased and ready to return. Thank you, Angela, Kent and Louisa!

This is a unique property, near the center of Taos that was once a bed and breakfast inn. We enjoyed the unique art and furnishings nearly as much as some of the museums we attended.

We stayed in the three bedroom main house. We had two families of four, it was very comfortable everyone had a great time.
