Super friendly staff, they upgraded out room and gave us the suite for the price of the standard room. The location is great, just a few minutes walking from the Galle fort. Breakfast was delicious, we really enjoy it. Huge room with a very confortable bed with two balconies where we could enjoy a great view of Galle. Definitly recommended

An amazing place to stay, we lived a magnificent week. The stuff is just 10/10, rooms are very nice, location is also good. If I'll return to Galle some day, I would definitely love to stay here again.

we loved how spacious the rooms were.

I love the room we stayed, spacious very clea n and comfortable with a huge balcony. The breakfast was very good and was included included in price. The maganer very friendly and gave information about everything we asked. Best room ever in Sri Lanka for the price.

Amazing staff

Room was huge, bed was fairly comfortable (though that's subjective) and huge. Shower was adequate, fridge in room worked well, aircon and fan were spot on. Iflal was quite helpful with local information and arranged our Tuk Tuk journeys with his friend Lal who is a character who helped us with our train tickets when we left (he will try and take you on a tour of Galle whether you ask for it or not)

Pool was just OK for a quick dip to cool down, not a very inviting area to sit and relax as it's quite small and surrounded by high walls, with jut a few chairs and sunbeds. Though we don't go on holiday to watch TV we do like to keep up with BBC World Service but no English Channels were available. The small balcony did have a table and two chairs but the room is large enough to accommodate a small sofa or a couple of armchairs which would have been a bonus

We got a large room on the top floor with two big terraces. The owner and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Just to know: There is no garden around the pool.

The hotel is run by Iflal who is one of most hospitable and helpful people I have ever met, also great fun! He organised transport and trips with genuine honest friendly local people at very reasonable prices. Great breakfast and accompanying music., and he even put up the English flag during my stay that had been given to him by the Barmy Army! Hotel on a hill overlooking Galle but a few mins from the fort. Top floor room was huge with great aircon and big outside terrace looking over Galle. Went to rooftop restaurant at the Lady Hill a couple of hundred yards up the road which has spectacular views of Galle, and out to sea.

5 min walk from station and the fort. Pool was great to cool down in. Rooms large and spotless with excellent aircon Short walk up the hill for best views in Gallle Manager was so helpful- unexpected public holiday., he checked our train time.

Smal quiet hotel with with family feeling and a short range to everything. They have all service you can wish for and more. Manager is super! Excellent!
