This hotel experience was a major disappointment after reading such high reviews. From top to bottom this hotel seemed old, tired and used. The hallway carpet was filthy, dirty, worn out. The lobby smelled like a teen’s wet shoe at the bottom of a laundry pile. The room walls were paper thin and amplified every noise from the neighbors and hallway, people and dogs. The pool facility looked run down and the overhead fixtures were dripping water into the pool. The room was not much better. Dusty vents blowing dusty air. The bathroom had a drop ceiling making the bathroom feel dark and dank. The floor looked clean but felt sticky with every step, my socks would stick to the floor. And there was a terrible whistling noise in the A/C unit that prevented restful sleep. Price per room does not equal quality of facility. Very disappointed.

Amazing!!! Best hotel ever!

The hotel overall was very clean. Our room itself was extra clean!! I am very picky when it comes to hotel cleanliness and this one passed my inspection!! Thank you to the cleaning staff!! Our big disappointment was the pool was advertised as heated but WAS NOT even close to warm. We had our 4 year old grandson with us and we were looking forward to using it. There were 2 hot tubs but only one was working so it was rather crowded since the pool was cold. We were on the main floor by the ice machine and we could hear every conversation of those walking down the hallway and every ice cube that came out of the bin!! UGH!! I put a towel at the bottom of the door and that helped a little. On a brighter note, the hot breakfast was good and the eating area was large enough to accommodate everyone and was very clean!! Also, the pizza restaurant next door was good and a nice place to relax after we arrived!! Thank you and God bless!!

Hotel is very nice. Bed was a little soft for us but still comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Many items to choose from and all was hot!

Front desk people were friendly. Room was a nice size and easy to get to from side door. Didn't care for dog barking in the hallway as it was being taken outside. Breakfast ok. Have had a lot better, but also a lot worse. Old Chicago restaurant attached to hotel and so you don't have to drive to get a meal.
