Friendly staff. Mostly quiet except for barking dogs briefly.

Was told upon checkin that breakfast was usually eggs or biscuits & gravy - something like that. Day 1 was a breakfast burrito that wasn’t very good, then there were packaged waffles in a warming tray another day. Oatmeal was decent with the toppings, but the last day it was super watery so I passed and had cereal. There was also a really strong smell of garbage outside the hotel.

Extremely clean for a pet friendly hotel. I travel with a non shedding labradoodle and have always been given pet rooms with previous pet hair left behind. You’d never know this is a pet friendly hotel. Will definitely stay here again! Staff was extremely awesome and very friendly.

Charging my card for smoking in room. We do not smoke. We quit 9 years ago. Really upsets me. Will not stay there again. We stay in Joplin from time to time and have never had this problem. Just think they wanted more of our money and they got it. Somehow there able to do that. No thanks to them.

Clean, comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful. The kitchenette was very useful for us.

We booked this hotel specifically for the kitchenette and the indoor pool. However, the pool ended up being closed for maintenance. My kids were very disappointed. Wish they would have stated it somewhere to alert potential guests. Instead, we had to find out after our arrival.
