Quiet location

Had a slight issue at check in because we travel with a service dog. Employee wanted to charge 10 per day for pet

Excellent for the price. Only thing, could use a coffee pot or offer coffee to travelers. Room was clean but there were uncleaned marks on the door which was the only detraction. I would use them again if in Joplin again.

Doors needed to be cleaned off. Hand marks on the edges.

It is a great location for my needs. Price is good for a place that I use only to sleep and clean-up. I especially liked the fact that I was able to get a smoking room, few places still offer this option!

The room was not cleaned thoroughly, I found that the trash cans were not emptied, the ashtray still had the cigarettes I smoked.

I liked that it's a smaller motel. I was able to park in front of my room. I felt safe. The bed was comfortable and the wifi was very good. The location was farther into town, which helped with being quiet. The young woman who checked me in was very nice. It was a good spot for a night's stay.

The place needs some sprucing up in the room. The door was dirty with boot marks and the threshold needs repair. It was a smoking room, but that's on me because I assumed the entire motel was non-smoking. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room, yet I survived. LOL

For a motel, it's good for the price! Most important to me was that it's clean. Good location too.

Could use free Wi-Fi, and unfortunately to me I didn't realize I accidentally picked a "smoking" room, so it obviously smelled. But it was my mistake not theirs.

Bed is comfy, wish there were more pillows, though. Room clean.
