This is an older facility; it is clean but there is some wear & tear. Bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast was nice. We were there for medical appointments and it is one of the closest motels to Valley Medical Center. The people were friendly and helpful.

This hotel was clean and tidy. to best describe it is that is that it's a bit "old". It needs a good renovation. A face lift.

Coming back, accident, wanting to get some rest but my room had a terrible strong smell all night causing me to have a big migraine headache , smell so strong Pine-Sol.

We had to change rooms from 206 to room 214 due to what appeared to be semenial fluid on the bedding

The property appeared safe and the staff was helpful. They did try to fix the TV as it was only showing 1 channel. There was a weird smell in the room. We had to vent it out and got an air freshner.

The staff and room was great . The issue I had was a couple shooting up thier drugs with all their junk next to the door when I pulled up

If I could give this negative stars I would and would NEVER ever recommend this property to anyone EVER. The room smelled like urine, I realized the smell was coming from the carpet and it was really strong...GROSS! The water reservoir in the coffee pot had old dried ramen noodles in them (Im trying to figure out a way to post pictures). The little complimentary bottles of shampoo and conditioner were about 1/2 empty so thats nice. The hair dryer sparked, smoked and almost started on fire, and stopped working. When you turn on the TV, every single time you have to switch the input. Every time I left to go somewhere and came back my key card didnt work so I had to keep going down to the desk to reactivate it. The website says theres a bar....THERES NOT. Paint chipping off the walls everywhere, holes and tears in the bedding. Absolutely disgusting facility, Im upset I wasted my money on this. I mentioned to the guy at the front this was a bad experience, he wasnt interested in the least. I really hope this review goes to corporate so they know how their facilities are not being taken care of.

EXTREMELY overpriced for the condition of the property and lack of amenities! It smelled old. I would never stay there again.

The area was close to Boeing but the outside of the facility is old and rundown, the floors are old and stained, the tub was chipped and the surrounding area was moldy looking, furniture is rundown and chipped, and it just wasn't worth the price to stay a night. Breakfast was good though.

This is an older property that could definitely use a renovation. The bed was very comfortable and Grady water pressure and lots of hot water. The a/c got extremely cold which was great when you came in hot. The room was clean but had some cosmetic problems. The sink was cracked and missing a stopper( a big deal when you have contacts) and the hair dryer was not working the best. There was paint missing and the tub had been patched. Breakfast was good and the staff very warm and helpful. Thanks for having water bottle’s available to take with you for the day.

The hotel is in a pretty quiet area, the main areas had been updated but as you get further into the hotel it’s clearly old and held together with “bandaids”. Paint peeling in places, very likely the original carpet, curtains were old and dusty, windows hadn’t been cleaned, I killed a few little bugs clinging to the curtains (not sure what they were). have high hotel standards and because of the nature of this trip I lowered them, hotels.com has this property listed as good so I tried it. We stayed in 4 hotels and this was the worst one. Dogs of any breed are allowed. My son was chased down the hall by two pit bulls who thankfully were harmless. But we didn’t know that at first. It was a scary experience. After all the commotion, it was handled well by staff. While this is not the hotels fault exactly. This is something people should know. Watch your kids carefully. The breakfast was really good, the better of the hotels we stayed across this one week trip. This is an area that had clearly been updated. The front staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, I would not stay here again. If you just need a decent place to sleep and don’t care about the nitty gritty this is a place for you.

Rooms are dated, stinks so bad in the rooms, hallways and in elevator. AC stopped working and it was so hot in the room. It did start working after a few hours but it was terrible for the time. Pictures posted online are deceiving. Staff on duty was nice and helpful though.

Property is poorly maintained. first room (317) did not have any hot water. Second room ((324) did not have a functioning hair dryer and the tub/shower was too grungy or stained to attempt to use. It is located in a rather sketchy area. I Chose it because it was close to my 9am meeting. Photos of the on-line listing did not give me any reason to wary.

Had to have our room changed due to excessive ants in the first room. The next room looked bed but woke up to ants all over the bed and night stands. Not a few ants alot of ants. Then went down to get breakfast to eat in our room and was locke out of the room for 15 minutes. Food got cold and soggy by the time i was given access back to my room.

As i said they it was quiet and prices are reasonable
