Great house!

Pretty cool place just down the road from everything you want to see in Nashville

We loved the house! The decor was spot on and perfect back drops for our photos. Even only having 1 bathrooms and 8 girls we all was able ready. My only suggestion would be a couple more mirrors. 😂

We had a great time here, everything we needed to relax and recoup between trips out to Broadway! Check in was easy and well communicated!

Fun nice clean loved it would keep up on the grass though that makes a huge difference when pulling up to somewhere so nice 💗

Loved the space, modern and comfortable. Loved the basement space with ping pong table.

This property was better than we expected! Only a short Uber ride from Broadway, had a great outdoor patio area to enjoy the nice weather, and an entertainment area in the basement that kept the boys in our group content for hours. Host always responded in a timely fashion (literal minutes!) and even checked on us after an unexpected storm! Would highly recommend this property to others and would stay again if ever in the area again.

Walking into this house, I thought we were the first ones to stay here! Everything was pristine and perfect for our arrival. Our favorite spot was the covered and screened in patio. We spent most of our evenings and mornings out there. Broadway was an easy 10-15 minute drive (depending on traffic). And there was a grocery store just a couple miles down the road. This house was in a good location to have access to what we needed and wanted. As for our host, Nash was one of the best I've ever communicated with. He was very polite and would go above and beyond to make sure our stay was delightful. If I had any questions or concerns, he was quick to respond and help rectify the situation. If we come back to Nashville, I would try to stay here again. Thanks for sharing your house with us and giving us a place to create lasting memories!

First of all, Nash is a top notch host!! He was very responsive to all our questions and needs. The house was perfect and the wife absolutely loved the choices in décor. Everything was clean and smelled amazing! Loved the whiskey barrels and all the Nashville artwork that hung throughout the house. In the morning, the coffee bar is a must have which has the extras to make a delicious cup of coffee. Everything you need and want to do is close by and if Honky Tonk Row and Party Fowl Nashville Hot Chicken is on the agenda it's a quick and easy Uber ride. Uber Eats will deliver you some Nashville Hot Chicken and Stone Cold for desserts! The garage has cool game room setup outfitted with lights, games and tables. The back porch is great and where we most hung out. Perfect party lights and even has a Blackstone for you griddle cookers out there! Bonus: Nash let us know they were filming a movie literally one street over which we could see the set from the back porch! Nicole Kidman was on set and they were filming some scenes for the upcoming movie "Holland". Pretty interesting we watched it right from the back porch. Overall a great time in Nashville with an outstanding house and host! We ill be back and bringing more friends with us! Thank you again Nash for everything and we look forward to staying with ya again!

The house is so cute! Was perfect for my friends and I to stay. Very centrally located & so close to down town so Ubers we’re cheap. I loved how easy it was to lock up on the way out but unlock/ get in on the way back. The covered porch & propane fire place out back was such an awesome added feature for a cozy night in. All TVs were Bluetooth compatible so we were able to play music getting ready etc. so pleased with our stay!

Overall the house is nice, but definitely not big enough for 10 people. We had 7 and that was pushing it with only one bathroom and the only 2 rolls of 1 ply toilet paper that were left. The house is close to a lot and checking in was easy. The first night we had issues with the thermostat, but Nash was very easy to communicate with and attempted to resolve the problem, even reimbursing me for the batteries that we replaced. The 2nd day we were there Nashville got hit hard with storms and the power went out, we were surprised with the house being in tornado alley that there were no candles or flashlights should such an occurrence happen. Again, Nash was easy to communicate with and a neighbor came over with candles for us. We were also able to light the propane fire pit (after switching out the tank from the blackstone). Unfortunately that night myself and other guests were awoken at 1 in the morning by gunshots (hence the 3 star neighborhood rating). The electricity was out for 36 hours and the house was cold because of that, but Nash was very easy to communicate with and did his best to resolve the issue. He even reached out multiple times to check on us and make sure we didn’t need anything.

The property was in a good location in terms of proximity and access to the interstate and Nashville attractions. The property was clean, organized, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

We shot down to Nashville for my wife to run the Matathon and meet up with family that live a few states away. The house was perfect, very cozy and inviting. We spent a couple nights in just relaxing and catching up, but were close enuf to shoot downtown for grub and see the night life. The use of a garage was a definite plus for us, appreciated the safety and convenience of being able to lock up our car out of the weather when we were not around. Would definitely use this little retreat again.
