Mixed reviews. Check in staff was wonderful except when it was time for departure the van I ordered with front desk days in advance never showed up. Don’t know if they forgot or was van error (I am sure they will say van error to sound better). I also made bad decision to listen to them on timing of when we needed to leave for airport. We literally boarded 10 minutes before takeoff. When they say 1.5 hours, do not listen! Rooms were spacious and clean. Excellent bathrooms. Had trouble adjusting temps they keep not very cold. And lastly location is bad! Next block up is literally alleyways of heroin/meth junkies by the dozens. Not for solo women or families with young kids. But the price was very reasonable. Very good for those looking for place to stay after long day out. Lovely view of accropolis on rooftop.

Customer service was good I lost my bag and they got it back to me. Respect

Nice hotel, great view of the Acropolis from the rooftop bar and pool. Staff were friendly and helpful, very good breakfast buffet. And free parking was a bonus, although it is quite tight getting down there!

Lot of homeless outside property so not safest feeling area. Housekeeping did room and removed dirty towels but didn’t replace. Also don’t replace toilet paper, toiletries or bottled water. Went to call reception but phone not working so had to go down for each issue, which to be fair was sorted when reported, however lift not working so was stairs every time. Even on check out morning lift stuck again so had to carry bag down 5 levels. Also had door key card fail once so had to walk down stairs again to desk and have it reset. These minor things but all together accumulation was not the best experience or impression.

Nice hotel and great staff! Very helpful and polite. Good breakfast each morning. Only negative was how bad this part of downtown Athens has become - not the hotel's fault, but my wife did not feel safe outside by herself and I had concerns at night between the homeless and the small groups of immigrants. The hotel itself was great and had security outside. Just use Uber to come and go, especially at night.

Pool Area look nice but wasn't open whilst I where there due to my late arrival and early departure. I think opening the pool before 11am would be good for business travellers.

the staff were amazing, especially Alma and Martha who were so kind to my 18-month-old grandchild. A bit of a slip up regarding twin beds requested, but the queen bed was super comfortable and the room was lovely, and very spacious and clean. It was very hot when we were there so the rooftop pool was super. The array of choices for the buffet breakfast was amazing. We were very pleased with our find of this hotel.

Place is in a great location! Beautiful views of the Acropolis! easy train transportation very close. Food near by.

Awesome staff, room was good. Area is a bit sketchy, so I wouldn't walk around at night.

Nice hotel with nice rooms and airconditioning. Good service at the roof at and pool area. The food served had large portions. Pool area was smaller than expected. Breakfast was ok also. The negative thing was the outside area. Very bad neighborhood. Would not bring kids.

Great hotel, clean , nice rooftop pool with view to Akropolis. The aria felt not really safe, lots of drug people on the side street

Hi, It has been the worst experience I never had before. The Hotel is not a 4 stars. It may be 2 stars. The location is the most dangerous of Athen. Drugged people everywhere. I felt unsafe even inside my room. It was late when I arrived and didn’t have any other chances…dangerous during night and day time. You can’t walk on the street I will be happy to provide pictures. I am expecting to be refunded at least the 50% what I paid. Sincerely, Chiara

Clean, modern, comfortable, friendly staff. Nice bar/terrace restaurant on site & conveniently located near a metro station as well as other cafes & restaurants within an easy walk.

A clean and centric place to stay in Athens.

The staff was excellent throughout. The bellhops always greeted me with a smile and excelled above anyone else. The area is near a homeless encampment in which you are sorta force to walk by if you want to reach a-lot of places in central Athens. I wouldn't say it was dangerous, as I am from New York so that isn't anything I'm not use to but it is a bit unnerving. The pool area is very tiny, its shared with the restaurant. The service was pretty solid but when i was sunbathing and some kids were swimming, its common to get splashed because of how tiny the area is. Breakfast was a huge plus, its free and its quite diverse in its offering. Across the street from the hotel is a great cafe.

The hotel staff is very nice and the atmosphere is quiet and plesent. The pool and the pool area are very small and that was a little disappointing but all in all I would stay here again if I ever return to Athenes

Lovely rooms and great to have access to the small pool on the roof with the bar. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety.
