Location was good, also the owners, really nice. The room was very clean with new furniture. The bed was not in the good condition though, it was making noise after any kind of movements. Overall it was still a pleasant stay. :)

Disappointing - this is more of a self catering apartment (but provided with no cutlery or any kitchen amenities except from cups) we did not see the host all weekend and were told that it was because of COVID however this meant we did not know where to get our paid for breakfast from.... cups were left dirty the whole weekend we were told to buy some washing up liquid and do it ourselves. Did not see the host all weekend and only had her WhatsApp whatsapped her about room cleaning only to receive a text 2 days later to say she dropped her phone in the sea and hopes we had a nice stay. Would not recommend staying here, it is a shame as from the pictures the rooms are lovely decorated but the service is rubbish!

Pros: Great location - walking distance to many of Naples attractions. Very clean. Set in a beautiful courtyard building. Quite mornings and evenings, so a good night/day sleep is always possible. Luggage storage service is very handy. Cons: The bathroom/toilet drainage smell does backup and the odor is very instense. I dont know whether this is a common issue in Naples but this became very uncomfortable when going to take an early morning shower etc. There was no bottled water avaible upon arrival. This would make a big difference consiering tap tends to always give a bad stomach no matter if drinkable or not. Overall good stay, Thanks

Be aware that for breakfast you need to walk to a nearby cafe each morning where you'd receive a small coffee and a croissant of your choice. The room is OK, it comes with a microwave and a small fridge.

We are happy with the room and the service. The room is really lovely, bright and clean.

We had a great few days in Naples and B & B Pontenuovo met our requirements well. We were greeted by a lovely lady on arrival who talked us through everything. Apartment was clean and modern. Breakfast was just ok but we didn't expect a full English anyway!!! Probably just a bit out off the way but most attractions in Naples were within 30 minutes walk. Would recommend.

Lovely clean, comfortable, attractive. The only minor negatives - There’s a microwave but it would have been nice to have 2 plates, 2 knives and forks and spoons. Maybe a cloth and some washing up liquid. Not enough toilet paper so we had to go and buy our own. As I say only minor issues and the room is beautiful, air conditioning very welcome. The accommodation is on the second floor not a problem for us but may be important for some.

The place is really nice and cozy. Tasty croissants for breakfast as well :)

We can not fault our stay at Pontenuovo B&B. The room was beautiful, spacious and well decorated. The entire B&B was beautifully decorated in a boutique way. The room and bathroom and were both spotless on arrival and additional cleaning was available daily if need. Shutters on the windows meant that our room was very quiet at night which was great. The building was located in a secure gated area with a key to get in through outside gates. The room also had a safe which was very handy! Breakfast was lovely and the freshly made cappuccinos were delicious. Daniela our host was absolutely amazing! She made our stay perfect and was always available if we had any additional questions. The B&B is well located and is close to the airport, metro, circumvesuvio train (via Napoli Garibaldi) and also near many tourist destinations and restaurants. Our week long stay was amazing value for money. The booking included WIFI which was a plus. It was an enormous pleasure staying at Pontenuovo B&B and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples. We will definitely be returning!

This place was an amazing find! Brand new and it looks (and smells) beautiful. Daniela the host looked after us impeccably, giving us attentive advice from the moment our flight landed in Naples, right up until leaving when she offered to call us a taxi. The location is great. About a 15 min walk from Central Station (though if you have luggage to carry, the €25 for a taxi from the airport is definitely the more comfortable option, as the roads in Naples are all cobbled and make it hard to lug around a heavy case!) The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere, not needing to catch a bus or taxi once except for when we left via the port. The rooms are clean, spacious and stylish with high ceilings and a really luxurious feel to them. Beautiful bathroom. Basic breakfast each morning. The one thing we wanted for was a kettle for tea, but the rooms do come with a little coffee machine and a microwave. Daniela even let us leave our big luggage there for a few days while we island hopped down south. So professional and warm. Would recommend this to anyone and will definitely stay there again next time we're in Naples.
