1. I wish booking.com charged my credit instead of the staff demanded only cash on arrival saying that it’s a hill station, I mean it was once upon a time but I see Tirupathi as developed city with all facilities. 2. They had false advertisement of complimentary Breakfast saying they it’s only for customer who booked directly with them. It’s a misleading sign they have which doesn’t mention any of these conditions

Rooms were spacious

Water is not available, every time need to call reception for it. Elevator was not working most of the time. So much power issue, air conditioner keep getting shut down n we had to switch ot on to 3 am in the morning. Could not sleep whole night. Staffs were adamant to make us pay in advance and that too in cash. Not accepting any cards. Breakfast has fixed menu .

being listed on international accommodation websites they should accept credit cards. this was one of the major draw back along with this the sheets weren’t changed before we checked in. pillow cases had hair on them.

We had a very pleasant stay, whenever we shall come to Tirupati for darshan we shall stay in this hotel, neat n clean rooms, good compliment breakfast, helpful staff ,very near to stairs (for climbing tirumala)

As we had booked online 24 hrs check out was not applicable

No tissue rolls in the bathrooms and towels should be provided more.

The location of the property is good and very close to Alipiri. Room was good. Cleanliness could have been better. Staff training is not up to the mark as the response from them was poor. Rest everything was good.

The location is good, but No proper/very limited Parking

The rooms were not up to the standard for which they charged me. I expected a better-sanitized room—a better welcome at reception. Rooms had everything that is expected but were not maintained well. The restaurant was the worst. They will serve what they like. For a few, they will say only Thali is available, for a few nothing is available. They don't even serve tea after 12 PM. The waiters have a forgetting tendency what you order.
