Big room and the availability of washing machines, a place to park your car, actually for the value of money, it is really good, if they just wor on renewing the room furniture it would be great.

They need to renovate the rooms and work more on cleaning the rooms, and air conditioning, 1 AC unit is available in the living room, while non exists in the sleeping rooms. I booked an apartment with two bid rooms with no air conditioning.

I didn't like anything in this property

International passengers, don't stay in this property, I have taken two apartments from this property during my family holiday in Ankara. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has AC and other bedroom and living area has no AC, the room which has AC cannot close the window directly on the road. we asked reception to fix the window, but they couldn't fix, so they screwed it and close. the other room and living area has no AC during my stay, the temp was 34 C. When I request a fan, they brought a portable fan which we kept in our room while sleeping. The room has no place to put the fan, so brought kitchen dustbin to place the fan. The other apartment which i took has no AC in any of the two rooms, but only in the living area. This property is not ready for tourists. The upper floor apartment bedroom was infested with ants running around on the floor. toilets are not up to the standards for tourists.

Fantastic very big apartment, with roof terrace so you can dry your clothes washed in the apartment's washing machine.Fantastic L shaped couch,very soft and long,so actually 4 people could sleep there,2 on the couches,2 in the bed. Fantastic host,will help with anything, lovely bulldog.

It was a great experience to stay in this residence, it was really clean and comfortable, the residence located at the center of city, there were so many restaurants, coffee shops , markets and exchange. Owner and staffs were really friendly, hospitality and respectful and pet friendly Thank you for great services and nice atmosphere you made for us . Specifically thank to buddy bey 🐶 🐕

Great place with lots of space on 2 floors. Attentive administrators. Buddy the dog lives in the lobby my kids love it.

Extremely friendly & helpful. Location very central, easy to navigate bus/taxi. I forgot my mobile phone in a taxi, realised 30mins after driver had left. Osman at reception managed to track down taxi company, driver & within an hr the driver returned the phone. Honest, humble, warm & endearing people.. we would definitely stay here again should we return to Ankara.... Thank you to everyone at Centrum Residence..

one of the lights was not working but it was not much of an issue

It exceeded expectations, an with the exception of a faulty washing machine, for the inconvenience of which, we were given a huge platter of cut fresh fruits, it was extremely comfortable. We chose to park up and walk everywhere but there is a taxi rank almost next door and of course there's Uber.
