Bed was comfy

Toilet was loud. Pillows very small. Towels were very thin and not very big. Several of outlets didn’t work. They were doing some repairs in lobby late Saturday night. After 10:00 pm

The king size bed was amazing, the sofa sleeper not so much. Area seemed safe, breakfast was good.

Facility was very clean and all the staff were friendly. No issues with security, finding room, or parking. Room was very large and it was easy to get more towels and other items for the room.

Self serve breakfast left something to be desired. Recommend the either scale down or have an entire hot breakfast. It kind of felt thrown together last minute and not thought through. About half the outlets in the room were not functioning and the entire hotel could use renovations.

Very quiet easy to get to and the room was dark when ready to sleep.

Didn't get checked into the suites I booked. Pool was out of order. Ice machine didn't work. Found a large roach cruising down the hallway. Pillows for king bed were 4 small square pillows. Fridge and freezer in room didn't work. Free breakfast was a joke. Elevator capacity is 2 people. Doors didn't feel secure. Jets in bathtub blew out what appeared to be mold.. after a 4 hour trip the 3 year old was very sad that the pool she was looking forward to was not available. The commons area is very warm and damp feeling

Cheap but you get what you pay for.

Dirty. Poor maintenance. Stained linens. Complete joke of a breakfast. Did I mention DIRTY?!?!
