It was very clean and had modern amenities.

We wanted to try a new approach to a beach vacation. Renting a house instead of a hotel. It was an absolute game changer. The property manager was so kind and helpful, also very responsive. The home itself was incredible. So homey and you could tell the home was filled with love. It also has everything you could possibly need for your stay. If you forget anything, I promise they have it. The location makes everything walkable. We highly recommend the Ice Cream Hut and Orchid Thai. Colonial buzz had a delicious cinnamon bun special that was so delicious! We can’t wait to come back and do it all again next year ! It was so quiet and peaceful and we truly enjoyed every minute we were there.

We stayed for an end of summer weekend getaway from the city. The house was perfect, clean and a short stroll to beach. We are already thinking about when we can go back!

Loved the garage and our time on the front porch! The home was exactly what we needed. Enjoyed golf cart riding everywhere, the beach, Ice Cream Hut, High Tides and Dockside. The home was stocked with plenty of towels, disposable plates, all soaps and spa lotions. We plan to return!!

The house had everything that we needed and more. The location was a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and Ice Cream! After inquiring about baby supplies the owner immediately went out and provided baby gates and pack and play for us. Owner provided lots of information and responded quickly.

What a delight! Location was better than Google Maps led me to believe and the house was better than pictures led me to believe! We'll stay longer next time - this place was PERFECT, thank you!

House was very nice and met needs of our small family and 1 dog. Very clean, nicely furnished and newer appliances. Short walk to North end of the beach and to the main business area. Very much enjoyed staying here.

I wanted a quiet weekend away for my wife’s birthday and the house worked out great. Quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach.

Very nice, comfortable, cozy home. Comfy beds and pillows. Well stocked kitchen. Close to everything! Our family enjoyed our stay!

This property is located in a great area. Short walk to the water. The house is very comfortable and relaxing. House was just like the description in the post. Mattresses are very comfortable which is very important after a long day out with family. The full kitchen was nice. Added bonus the coffee machine. The host is easy to communicate with . Check in was easy. I highly recommend this place if looking for somewhere in colonial Beach .
