Very pleasant surprise to stay at a cute basement respite extremely close to the Red Rocks amphitheater and fun shops/eateries in Morrison! Host Jeff was super to communicate with, very accommodating and his home was exactly as described online. Would definitely stay again!

You know how a property on one of these sites is never as good as the pictures? Well this place is the exact opposite, by far. Immaculately clean, well maintained furniture and appliances, modern, chic decor. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Jeff is a phenomenal host; if I could give more than 5 stars for communication, I would. In every category, really. And I have really high standards too!! Just beyond in every aspect. Beyond, beyond, beyond.

Great space. There were cats which is always a bonus. you have to walk through the owners space to get to the 'apt' but this wasn't an issue.

Jeff was a great host! My friend and I had a most comfortable stay after seeing a show at the nearby Red Rocks. The amenities in the kitchen were used for dinner and lunch. The bed was amazingly comfortable, the AC was a perfect temp and the back porch easily accessible. Definitely a hidden gem. Thanks Jeff!

We stayed here because of its proximity to Red Rocks. The space was the perfect size for me and my wife. Jeff was a great host and communicated perfectly. Would stay here again!

My friends and I had an amazing time at this place, it was clean, beautiful, sooo comfortable, and Jeff is incredible accommodating if you need anything. The cats stay upstairs, and are unbelievably adorable and sweet. Very safe, just be careful taking too many videos at the show and make sure you’re phone is charged, as you need a couple of codes to get to the residence. Definitely be staying there again if it’s available

My 2 friends and I travelled for a 4 day stay here. The location was perfect as we primarily stayed in the Morrison area for a concert at Red Rocks, however was very convenient drive for a day trip to Denver and surrounding areas. We stayed at this location knowing it was a decent size basement for 3 people (large pull out sofa and king size bed in bedroom). We didn't know it didn't have its own entrance (shared entrance with owner), however we felt safe as there were separate locks on the basement door. One recommedation I'd put on the listing (for renters to at least be aware about) is that in the short distance from front door to basement, it is an area with cats. I only mention that in case anyone had an allergy. They were friendly and did not bother us/stayed outside the basement entrance, however none of us have cat allergies- just something to be aware of. I'd give the cleanliness of this property 5 /5 stars though. The complimentary keurig/kcups were much appreciated. There were plenty of linens, pillows, and bath towels as well. Overall, great experience and would recommend
