We had a great stay at this home. Very nice pool area and plenty of room for our family.

Wow! This house was perfect! We hosted Christmas and New Years for our 8 family members. The kids loved the pool! Everyone had their own rooms which were very spacious. It truly felt like home. Very close to the beach, stores, parks, and pretty much anything you need!

We were in town for a lax tournament and this house worked perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 teenagers. Clean and nicely decorated. Very close to the IMG campus and beaches. Owners were very responsive to questions and had great recommendations on things to do in the area.

If you are looking for a large family vacation home, with many beds, spacious rooms, a huge yard, large pool, comfortable beds, beach chairs and toys for the kids and a short distance from the beach, this is the place to stay! A 5 star experience for sure! Would totally recommend and looking forward to book again!

We celebrated my sister's 50th birthday and the home was very spacious and clean with a very large pool for the whole family with kids. Kitchen was well appointed. Lots of extras. He wouldn't normally expect in a home, including an abundance of pool toys, towels, and tons of storage. There was an issue with the air conditioning when we arrived. However, the hosts were able to get an AC person out very quickly and we did not have any other issues. Great location, close to beaches, shops, and stores.

The property was perfect for our family group! We were in town for a wedding & there was plenty of room for us to spread out! We enjoyed the pool & lanai during our downtime. The owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. I would have liked to have had blinds on some of the bedrooms to keep out the Florida sunshine in the early morning. Other than that, fantastic stay!

The house overall was very nice. Spacious, plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 children (ages3-11).The house was very clean. Unfortunately as soon as we arrived we had an issue with the air conditioning. I contacted the owner via message board, got a reply within minutes. the property manager “August” was there within 20 minutes and she was incredible. She had a repairman there & the repair completed within and hour of being notified. Even so the kids were fine in the Florida heat because of the wonderful pool. The pool area was incredible. A large pool with an 8ft. deep end. A covered sitting area and dining table with were just perfect. And the kids really loved the pass through window from the kitchen. They would sit on the stools and place their orders (LOL). The property location was great, only minutes from almost anything you wanted or need. Whether it’s Walmart, the grocery store, fast food or sit down restaurants. The location was also central to numerous beaches, we visited 4 during our stay. The one we liked best was…”Bean Point”. The only thing about the property that was disappointing, was the fact that it had a 2 car garage that I incorrectly assumed that guests had access to. But I was wrong. It’s used for storage by the owners. It would’ve been nice to have it (we drove a jeep) but I should’ve asked when I made the booking. So that’s on me. We had a great vacation and are already talking about a return trip next year. Thanks guys we had GREAT time.

The house was lovely with a crisp beachy decor. There was plenty of seating, dishes, towels, outdoor furniture, etc. The house was very clean and the air conditioner was really welcome after a day at the beach. The pool was perfect and sparkling. I’d definitely recommend a stay here!

Check in was a breeze! We were able to check in early, which was a huge bonus. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the pool!! The pool was professionally cleaned the first day we arrived, which was much appreciated and says a lot about the care taken! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!!

The property was perfect for our group. Easy access to the island, convenient location close to grocery stores, markets, restaurants. Lots of room in the house and the pool/patio area is perfect!!! We eat most of our meals outside!!
