Never had a bad stay in an epic apartment aways plenty of towels and the beds very comfy

There was food left in the microwave, the pull out sofa bed was uncomfortable and the location very noisy (next to night clubs).

This place has the potential to be SO good. Yes, I slept well ; shower was ok and location spot on. However , the room is showing significant signs of wear and tear , very dated design and in need of a total paint job. Door at bathroom also needs replacement from water damage to panel. Room generally clean , but could also do with a more intense clean. For example , found a big hair band behind one of the moveable chairs. Black out curtains really not up to the job. Far too long for the window and gaps in the design the leaves the early morning sun enter the room. I would have liked to see the standard of the other rooms ; it may have been that this one is just well used. Come on , get that room redecorated and show the true potential of your product which could be right up there.

Very reasonably priced, central location, high spec property, little bit worn in places but to be expected.

All good but not appropiate for elderly people as the apartments have no lifts

Easy self check in, lovely little room with everything you need for an overnight stay. Would definitely use again.

The apartment itself was fine, clean and exactly as described. Comfortable bed and great shower. You will hear noise from the street. Unfortunately I had a bad experience cleaning in. I had chosen to pay some of the money on the day of arrival however they asked me to pay via a link on whatsapp which immediately felt like a scam. I had to contact expedia to confirm its reliability. I had contacted them to request early check in (an hour beforehand) which they stated would be £25 which I felt was very steep for an hour, but as I wasnt in a position to afford it they stated they would try have the room available for me at 2pm. I arrived at 2, then insisted i pay via the link which i did. I was then left waiting outside for 2 hours for the room to be available. I unfortunately had something booked for 4pm which meant I missed it. There were other people waiting for their rooms too (questioning if it was a scam as we hadnt heard anything). Eventually cleaning staff showed us there was an office down the road, and when we spoke to them they advised they were really busy so rooms were not cleaned yet. I was repeatedly told "10 mins or so"... I was quite upset as I missed what I had booked and they did try and accommodate me but this was after 4pm (1 hour post advised checkin). Just a really bad experience unfortunately so I cant say I would reccommend to anyone. It really ruined my weekend which is a shame as its a nice place.
