Toby, thank you and your wife for a wonderful and memorable stay. I have experienced many short term rentals, and as an owner operator of multiple myself, I know what the industry standards look like. Additionally, as a home inspector, I'm naturally vigilant, paying close attention to detail. What I observed is that hands down, this was the best stay I've experienced. You exceeded my expectations. Location is critical, and ideally guests want to be at the epicenter of it all. Your home was the ideal location. I hate walking, but the proximity to all essentials gave me no choice. I was just so close to it all. Beach, shopping, night activities, just to name a few. Very convenient, great neighborhood. Conversely, you offered alternative transportation (bicycles), that would alleviate any reservations of having to take a vehicle. Great amenity. Sleeping and living conditions is another important factor. The place was isolated compared to other places/locations, it provided me with adequate room and privacy. Having to adjust to a six hour time difference made me wake up at midnight, and was glad I could take a walk, and not become a nuisance. Being larger than an average human, bed size is always a problem. Always seems to be a prevailing issue in my life for obvious reasons. Not in this case. The mattress was the perfect size for a large man like myself (6 & 230lbs). I slept like a baby. Kitchen was cozy and adequate choice/options. So was the bathroom.

Wonderful property! Great location and wonderful amenities. We rode provided bikes less than 10 min to the beautiful Kailua Beach. Highly recommend!

My adult family of 5 had a wonderful stay and overall awesome experience in 2 of Tobi's apartments. Communication was prompt and responsive from day one until departure time. The units were clean, comfortable, updated, and conveniently located in the town of Kailua. The bonuses such as; use of bikes, extra towels, outdoor shower, big screen tv's, air conditioning were certainly appreciated. Tobi and his wife went above and beyond accommodating a few special requests. Highly recommended and plan to return as soon as able.

The hosts were excellent and made sure we had what we needed. It's a great location, with the beach around the corner (less than a mile), and great restaurants, shopping, etc the other way even closer. It was exactly what we needed.

It was convenient to shopping, food and beach. The amenities were great - bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and more! Looking forward to staying again in the future. Would highly recommend.

Loved our Unit and location to everything.

Our hosts were great. We loved borrowing the lovely beach cruisers with removable baskets! We biked to both Kailua and Lanikai Beaches, the Pill Box hike and into town many times. A perfect Oahu laid back 3 day trip.

This was a great place for me to stay during my visit to Kailua. They have a few bikes in the shed for guests to use, which made it really easy to get around. I loved the location - 5-10 minutes bike ride to the beach or town in either direction. Toby was always quick to respond to messages, and very helpful. I ran into them a couple times while outside, had a friendly chat. I would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Located right in Kailua, this property is convenient to everything the area has to offer. The hosts are friendly and helpful, and we appreciated using the beach chairs and umbrella one of our days. A great option for the Kailua area.

The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and fully functional. Minor things to know. The a/c unit is a bit loud but works great. There is not much shade on the lanai. The use of beach chairs, umbrella, bicycles was very nice. Over Easy just down the road is amazing for brunch

Our stay at this rental was absolutely wonderful. Owners Tobi and Yvonne were so generous, attentive and kind. The studio was immaculately clean and on a perfect location: walking distance to the best beach in Oahu, downtown shops and restaurants. We loved staying here and can’t wait to visit again soon!

Everything was better than expected. The accommodations were super duper clean, the amenities were fabulous (beach towels and beach cruisers made available) and location, location, location. Tobi was an awesome host and we look forward to coming back sometime in the near future. We highly recommend!

Super nice owners – they could not be more welcoming. The place was immaculate. The location was perfect. You could bike to the beach using their bicycles and within walking distance to groceries and restaurants. I would highly recommend this rental. We look forward to going back in the future.

I was working remotely in Oahu for a week while visiting my daughter who was living/working in Kailua for the summer, and this was the perfect little studio apartment for my stay. It was very clean, everything worked, the location was convenient to everywhere, and Tobi and Yvonne were perfect hosts and very responsive to my needs. I had a wonderful stay and would very happily return.

What more could you ask for?! This property was such a nice, clean, convenient place to relax at, with wonderful amenities. The ability to use the bikes, laundry, cooler, etc, and have “the city” in one direction and the beach in another was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer and definitely hope to be back. Tobi and Yvonne were the best hosts and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Traveling alone I felt very comfortable there. The hosts had everything ready when I arrived. They have thoughtful amenities such as bicycles. It's an easy walk to Kailua town and the beach. The room does get hot in the afternoon and there is street noise during the day but a window air conditioner cools things off and blocks outside traffic noise. At night the ceiling fan was enough since it was cooler outside and the traffic was less. I enjoyed my stay and loved the convenient location.

Tobi and Yvonne were awesome hosts. Very helpful and friendly. Loved their 2 dogs Layla and I don't remember the other one. We highly recommend staying there. The beach and downtown areas were and easy 1/2 mile walk. We will be back!

It was great staying with Tobi and Yvonne - great people, great hosts. The room was comfortable (bed was great which is important to me) and it's in a central location. Main part of town is a short walk away and the beach is a little farther the other way. The available beach towels, beach chairs and bikes make it all easy. A definite repeat for me in the future.

The property perfectly suited our requirements. The hosts were helpful and kind. We could walk to the beach, activities and dining.

Overall great stay. Close to center of town and beach. Has beach gear (Towels, chairs, umbrella) that you can use. You do hear some car noise at night, but it wasn't an issue. Would stay again

Tobi and Yvonne were the perfect hosts! Location is central and we particularly loved the use of push bikes to get around. We love Kailua and the property being situated between ocean and town centre made for a great few days break visiting our family!

Accommodations have all that you will need for a pleasant stay. The only drawback is it on a busy road so you hear a lot of cars whizzing by—particularly on the weekend. The room is connected to another room which was occupied. Our neighbors were mindful and the noise from their side was hardly noticeable. Owners are friendly and helpful. I would stay with them again.

The unit is cozy perfect for couples retreat. Convenient to downtown Kailua, Kailua and Lanikai beach. Thoroughly enjoying our stay here. Thank you.
