Not even close to how it was described. Only description that was accurate was the number of rooms and beds. Outdoor space not really even useable. Very disappointing. Gross carpet. Spiders. From Outside looks like could come down any time. Air conditioning wasn’t working twice while we were there, owner did respond and took care of it both times.

All outside trash cans were full and not emptied during our stay. The three back bedrooms did not have A/C in the rooms and were supplied with box fans. Photos just a little deceptive.

Our adult kids came in from around the country, as did our 8 year old granddaughter and adult grandson who came in from Japan. The main living area was great! And while it was pretty hot when we were there, the outdoor area was also quite nice... a table and some chairs out there for dining would make it even better. My husband and I stayed in the en suite room (only one with an attached bath)... it was pretty small but light and comfortable... I would suggest some drawers in the closet... we had an adjasent room that was unused so able to put our things in those drawers. And while all the bedrooms were nicely decorated with nice beds and bedding the 3 bedrooms in the add-on section had no air-conditioning! Everyone managed okay, but I was grateful I wasn't in them... would suggest a mini split or other ductless solution. Don't be put off by lack of curb appeal in the front... the inside is lovely.

There are several issues with the property and management: 1) in warm / hot weather the AC is inadequate to cool the entire house; 2) of the six bedrooms only three had working smoke detectors; 3) the landscaping is abysmal, weeds growing everywhere, cracks in the pavement, basically unkept; 4) if the property was rented and the check-out day was the same as our arrival date, we understand declining early check-in, however, why wasn’t the AC turned on?; 5) the response to the AC issue was not sufficient. When we asked for an early check in, we received an immediate response of NO, when we requested that an issue regarding the AC be solved, the response was several hours; 5) the AC is inadequate, it is an obvious and known condition in the house, and it is not properly disclosed. The landlord agreed to a refund of one night, but, did not waive or reduce any of the significant fees and or taxes. We booked the room for two nights. The refund we received is 29% of the amount we paid.

Upon entering the house, you can smell mold and actually smells like there’s a gas leak. There is an attic door with a ladder right in the middle of the hallway by all of the bedrooms. I looked in the attic and there is carpet and trash up there like someone was staying up there. We left for the day and when we got home, there was someone’s left over food in the refrigerator! Very concerning especially being the only adult with 3 children!

We spent four days in Denver for son's wedding.

When we pulled up to the place the outside of the house looked terrible! It needs lots of TLC to get the outside/curb appeal to look nice. The cement is in terrible condition. It’s cracked and so uneven. (Hazardous). The inside was nice however, the air conditioner couldn’t keep up to cool off the house. On one part of the house it was really cool and the hallway with three bedrooms it was really hot! The bedrooms were hot. The bedrooms had a place to put fire alarms but a few rooms didn’t have them installed. There were only about 4washcloths for a group of 12. The patio was “ok” but again the landscaping was horrible and needed a lot of work. We had to contact the owner to fix the back air cooling system cause it was dripping water all down the wall. After being gone all day after the service man was there the air was off and it was extremely hot in the house and bedrooms. The place did hold 12 people.

This house was great for us. We had plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds and good showers. Having two separate areas with kitchen and dining helped immensely. We sat out on the covered patio both during the day and evening. There was no noise at night when sleeping. There is also a nice walking park close by. Definitely would stay again!!
