We absolutely love this house. The location the space and the pool. This is an older home with some quirks but we still enjoy it! I’m sure we’ll be back for a third time.

It's a very nice house, with a wonderful swimming pool and nice rooms, fine decoration included. It is well equipped, with smart TVs in each room incl. YouTube TV channels. The house is clean, beds are nice, plenty of towels are available ... and having BBQ beside the pool is wonderful. The house is in great location near to the large beach, just a few walking minutes. Grocery markets, restaurants and everything needed are fast to reach by car, also Port Canaveral with some nice places (we liked Grills restaurant most where you can watch dolphins swim by). The Beachline Expressway is close to drive to Orlando or over to the gulf side. Disney and Universal theme parks are 70 minutes ride and worth a visit, also Kennedy Space Center, about 25 minutes away. If you want to see manatees in wild nature, go to Manatee Cove, about 20 minutes ride ... great place, quiet and not crowded, and you can see alligators too from time to time. Communication with Patricia and Adam was easy, they answered quickly on the few questions we had. In a nutshell: a great place we can only recommend.

The property was very nice and clean in a relaxing neighborhood. Managers were a joy to deal with and quick with responses. Quiet neighborhood close to the beach, yet close to restaurants and attractions. Would definitely stay again!!!!!!

Great location, a lot of rooms and a wonderful pool. Need some renovation in- and outside. Patricia is always friendly and helpful. Love to come back anytime.

First I would like to say this is the first property that has let us check in early and we really did appreciate this seeing it was the best day of weather for us. The property is extremely clean and well maintained. Backyard is lovely. I would love to rent from them again.

This is the second house that we have rented from Adam and Patricia. Everything was great and I have no complaints. The house is just a short walk to the beach and we really enjoyed that! The house was clean and comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay.

Side door was open upon entering the house. There was no remote for a bedroom. Pool was dirty, pool guy came to clean pool, all he did was put a chlorine tablet in. Homeowners called and accused us of smoking marijuana. We had kids and 2 health care workers with us. Will not rent from them again.

We stayed in this property while our teens were playing in a softball tournament. We enjoyed easy access to the beach and loved the quiet neighborhood!

This rental was awesome! The home is older but they’ve updated it and made it super cute. It’s hard finding vacation rentals that comfortably sleep our four kids but this home was perfect. My kids really loved the pool! I appreciated the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and beach towels. They thought of everything! :)

Very clean, great yard for the dogs, pool was awesome, 5 minute walk to the beach, very close to restaurants and shopping. It was perfect!

Patricia and Adam are amazing hosts. The home is spacious and comfortable and everyone loved the pool. A short walk to the beach and we were even able to see the rocket launch. Highly recommend this location and we will certainly stay again on our next trip to Cape Canaveral.

Used this house to stay in Florida for our wedding with family and friends. Great place to chill and hangout.

We just returned from a 7-day stay and had the greatest time! Everything you could need was stocked in the house, including boogie boards, plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and a sand wagon. The pool was spacious and in direct sun. Short walk to beach that was never crowded. Super close to Cocoa beach and many delicious restaurants. Would definitely stay again!!!

The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood with an easy few minutes walk to the beach. The beach was quiet and didn’t feel like a high tourism area. The house was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay in this house again if back in the area!

Owner and workmen on site occasionally. Did not wear masks so we left property when they were around.

We had a family get away at this wonderful house. Great pool in the backyard, two blocks to the beach and all the beach stuff needed on hand. Very responsive property owner. Highly recommended.
