Das Personal war sehr höflich und nett, außerdem waren die Räumlichkeiten relativ groß

Die Umgebung war eine reinste Katastrophe! Es ist eine unsichere Umgebung, wir (3 Frauen) haben uns nie getraut alleine raus zu gehen, weshalb wir immer Uber gefahren sind. Ich würde das Hotel für Familien oder Frauen, die alleine reisen nicht empfehlen.

-Sehr schöne Einrichtung, zimmer sind modern und sauber -Es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine im zimmer und einen großen TV -Bett war bequem -Personal ist sehr freundlich -Cooler rooftopbar -gute Verbindung zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten mit öffis

-Es gab WiFi probleme -Frühstückraum zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste -Um den hotel gab es einen flohmarkt, danach blieb ganz viel Müll übrig

Le cast du téléviseur ne marchait pas. Cela n’a pas été préciser. Demandez 3 fois en 3h des coussins et couettes qui ne sont jamais arriver

Sieht schön aus. Zimmer sind in Ordnung. Um das Securitypersonal ist man sehr dankbar, aufgrund der Lage und den dort verkehrenden Personen. Auto steht in der eigenen Tiefgarage sicher.

Abfahrt in die Tiefgarage ist rutschig. Unten ist es mit SUV eng aber machbar, wenn genügend Parkplätze frei sind. Vor dem Hotel ist ein „Basar“ wo alles mögliche angeboten wird. Hier ist es nicht empfehlenswert alleine raus zu gehen. Vor allem als Frau würde ich nicht alleine das Hotel verlassen.

I had dinner at the hotel’s restaurants where I have been served fish quiche and I have fish allergy but when I made the restaurant aware of this they were very dismissive they told me they can’t do anything and made me pay for it too. I told them it isn’t right that the menu doesn’t inform about the food ingredients and they told me it’s not their responsibility. I could’ve been serious ill I feel so disappointed

Super comfy and very accommodating staff. Works great with English. And cherry on top, secure parking which is hard to get in Paris. I managed to have my car parked there entire time and was Ubering.

It had a nice free breakfast. Also, the rooftop deck has a very nice view.

the surrounding area is not very nice. There was an illegal flea market that took place on the street on the hotel and across the street. We watched the police break it up twice in one day. After it was over, there was a lot of used clothing scattered on the sidewalks. The location of the property is not that close to much except the Basilica of the Sacred Heart.

Good breakfast, especially pastry. Good value.

Rooms are smaller compared to other hotels. Room cleaning was not properly done, the bed is not properly made each day, they simply cover up uncleaned bed.

It's my 2nd time staying in this hotel and the reasons being very clean ,staff are polite and very helpful, convenient to underground and all other transportation. Value for your money. The rooftop sold it 🙌🏾 for me ,wish it could open for longer on the weekends.

It's the surrounding area very dirty which am sure the council needs to put more effort by relocating enforcement of clearance to those vendors. Improvements required on breakfast more variety required. The checking in was a bit slow but overall I would recommend 👌🏽

The location was awful, I wish I did some research before booking here. I felt really unsafe walking around the hotel area. Unfortunately I would never recommend this hotel if you’re traveling without a man. I received disgusting comments from men living in the area while walking to the metro station with my mom, even in plain daylight. And I think many were drunk/high. We had to take taxis at night because of this.

Very nice clean hotel, friendly staff and lovely rooftop restaurant for breakfast. 10 min walk from several metro stations.

The area felt a bit unsafe at night, especially if you have to walk from the metro. There was a street market everyday which was a bit too much with loads of rubbish around just on the way to the hotel.

The Bar in the last Floor its amazing The personal were really respectful funny amazing Drinks.

The Bedroom to small for 2 person

The breakfast was good and diversified. The restaurant was OK with good atmosphere.

Too much expensive for what it offers in terms of comfort and location! The standard rooms are too small and the furnitures of poor quality for a 4 stars hotel. Other than this, the hotel is located near to a very bad neighborhood in Montmartre, you don't feel safe to take a walk nearby, especially at night. Another negative point was the rooftop bar, what promised to be the best part of the hotel was closed for 3 weeks, guests would not be able to enjoy the full experience of the hotel. Overall, it doesn't match the booking photos.

We had to pay a €200 safety deposit upon checking in but there was no mention of this pre checkin so we lost some of our spending money for the weekend. The location of the hotel is awful, I did not feel safe walking around in the area day or night. There’s a massive flea market outside the hotel during the day and a huge homeless population in the area. Theres no convenience store close to the hotel and no mini fridge in the room to keep anything cold. By the time we arrived back, the drinks we bought were warm. It was approximately 15 minutes walking to the closest metro station to bring us to central Paris but some days we had no choice but to take an Uber. It worked out cheaper than multiple metros (due to lines being under construction) to get places. I would have spent the extra money to be more central if I had have known this. No rooftop bar available when we stayed and no proper vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. Definitely not a 4 star hotel, no mini fridge, no iron, no wardrobe in the room and no toiletries provided

Location is good for driving as it’s just off the motorway, it is about €20 by Uber to get into Paris city centre. Rooms were nice. There is a nespresso machine in the rooms. Staff were nice. Felt very comfortable staying here.

€100 deposit payable when checking in when I wasn’t made aware of this anywhere prior to arriving, I overheard someone else checking in also surprised by the deposits. However I did get it back quite quickly after checking out so budget the €100 in. I went to the bar to get a coke at 11:40pm when the sign said it closes at 12 and was told it was closed.
