Everything was such quality. The food was amazing. The staff were so friendly! And the accommodation was really good quality, comfortable and clean.

I could only stay one night!

No dinner availability, only very late breakfast available. Lack of information.

The rooms in the garden. Felt as if you were actually staying in the woods. Easy to find and 10 minutes walking distance to the gin distillery.

Small towels. Everything else it room was great,. Breakfast was OK. No white bread just canary and only one piece given. Sure if we asked we could have had more. It was served first before the main breakfast, no cereals, fruit or yogurt available.

Cute Inn with on-site restaurant and bar. Staff was absolutely amazing, and they went out of their way to help you whatever you needed.

Breakfast and dinner were both delicious, friendly staff and a spacious bedroom in the garden! We found a lovely walk close by across the river that our dog loved and we enjoyed the garden space in the morning with a cup of coffee, look forward to returning!

This is an absolute gem of a place to stay. The manager, Dom and the rest of the team are so friendly and professional. Food is great, the rooms are spotlessly clean, comfy bed, hot shower... lovely location. Perfect base for country walks, cycling. Dog friendly... What more could you want?

The food quality was excellent. Could not have eaten better elsewhere. Very polite staff and very comfy beds. Will be back.

Restaurant food was very good.

Breakfast could have offered more healthy choices for those who don’t want cooked. That said I did get some muesli when I asked. The bathroom was a bit tight and the base of the shower had mould and the shower screen wasn’t clean at the bottom of the doors.

bedroom wasn’t very clean. old nail file on the floor .Dusty especially the TV . half eaten biscuit on the tea tray needed a coat of paint .

Private room with excellent shower facilities. So comfortable and felt homely

It was only a temporary arrangement due to decorating work going on, but I had to walk through someone's "office" space in order to get to my room

Not a major issue but the creaky floorboards in the corridor disturbed my sleep. Also the hoped-for breakfast only started from 8.30 a.m. so I missed it as I had to leave before then for a business meeting. Can we please have normal soap and not just a small bottle of chemical gel?

Breakfast - no cereals were offered so it was cooked or toast, I had only egg beans and has browns and that is ALL I got not two eggs as I asked, or maybe two hash browns bearing in mind I didn't want the whole lot. I though that was a bit miserly as dinner was the opposite; more so when I overheard they wanted to charge people extra for cappuccino, or espresso rather than straight coffee, if like me they stayed and had dinner I don't think it was unreasonable to have those with no additional cost. Shame. The service charge on dinner I cannot disagree with more:-(

I was very sick during the night I stayed I suspect food poisoning. I messaged the hotel but never received a reply. it’s also a little pricey

Loved the Watership down theme, all the rooms named after characters was a nice touch. Very modern cabin like rooms with very comfy bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was excellent

Not a major issue but rooms felt a little too warm. But that’s probably because we couldn’t figure out the heating controls opposed to anything else
