This hotel was okay. It was clean, a little run down, but overall was a decent place for a one night stay. Breakfast was basic but good as well.

Hotel needs a renovation. Chair and carpet stained. Bathroom floor dirty. Furniture outdated with floor lamps by beds.

I got back to rapid city from a long flight and decided to stay at this super 8 location. I went to check in the desk clerk could not print any papers, I stood at the front waiting to check in for 15 minutes. When I arrived at room the tv was on top of the stand and not in the middle where it should have been placed in the first. I bumped the stand and it fell over. The hotel blamed me for their improper set up. I should have taken pics of the room before unfortunately I did not. The outside doors are held open with rocks and the water takes a while to get hot. It’s a alright place to stay for an overnight cheap stay.

This was adequate… older hotel. Staff were friendly.

Chris the front desk had a weird interaction, I was given my room, when I got to my room, it had not been cleaned, bed not done, thought someone was still there. Was given another room and arrived to trash can full. Was tired didn’t bother. This place is a last resort place. I’m a Medical Courier and sometimes given unexpected jobs. Either way never stayed at a Super 8, don’t plan to again.

Easy to find property, close to shopping options. Breakfast done at 9:30am, too early when on holidays. Staff was very helpful and cheerful. Just need to fix the side door for entrance. We were aware we couldn't get in that way. Thanks for the convenient stop on our adventure.

Received a room with a single bed instead of the double we paid for. No other rooms available, no recompense offered.

The room walls had ?dirt on them in spots, rest of room clean. Evening check in person didn’t seem to want to be there, a little grumpy.

Room wasn’t the cleanest, and every time you used your key to enter the room it beeped very loudly which was awful trying to let anyone sleep if you wanted to leave the room for a coffee and such. But the sheets were clean and it was a place to lay your head for the night

Beds were comfortable, smelled clean, people were very nice, nice pool. Shower was great. Our room had a lot of old furniture, needed a coat of paint, could be cleaned better ( dirt in corners, on plug ins, some hair in shower, sheet had a few spots on them but were clean, older decor.)

No service i have to ask for everything. No vacum, nothing in 7 days. This is been like this my hole stay there. Over 3 weeks

I am writing this review based on the awful customer service I received from the Super 8 by Wyndham, Rapid City My granddaughter forgot her tablet when we checked out (07/20/24). As soon as we realized it wasn’t with us, I immediately called the hotel and confirmed they DID have the tablet and began attempting to work with them to get it sent back. After many phone calls to the property, I was finally able to speak to the hotel General Manager, “Cindy” (GM’s actual name is Christine) - who absolutely made me feel ignorant because I was lead to believe misinformation from her employee! After clarification, I provided the necessary information to return the tablet (07/22) - again, several phone calls later, speaking to multiple employees at the property, leaving messages for the general manager, Christine and leaving messages for the owner, Jesse Singh - we still had not received the tablet (08/08)! I was told (08/06) by Matthew (hotel Manager) - who was ugly and unhelpful to me at best - that the tablet was left on Friday (08/02) at a UPS Store and was no longer on property - I confirmed that keeping someone’s property was NOT the UPS Store policy and they did not have it. Matthew called again later that day and stated the tablet was “still at” a ‘different’ UPS store location. Kim (UPS Store Manager) called me (08/07) to confirm the UPS Store DID have the tablet and she gladly shipped it back! I finally received the package 08/10

Not clean at all. Poor maintenance.

Hotel is dated. Our room had a disgusting carpet. There was a king size bed and 1 worn out office chair - there was nowhere to sit to eat or relax, besides the bed. Hotel stated there was breakfast included - there was a waffle machine, and cereal, and a bag of bread that everyone stuck their hand in. Once in awhile there was hard boiled eggs and yogurt. NOT my idea of breakfast. Thank goodness there was an ihop and Chili’s nearby. Several entrance doors were not working. Our room was at the complete opposite end from the front desk, so we had to always walk a distance to our room. There was no safe in our room, as advertised. The pool was okay. At the time of our stay, the room rates were jacked right up due to the rally in Sturgis, for the amount we paid, this hotel was definitely not worth the money. We will never stay here again.

Bed bugs! I got bed bug bites. I didn't know what they were until i got home and showed my sister.

The hotel is very dated. The carpet in the room had multiple stains. The curtains had to be pinned closed and were frayed. Tge window had a broken screw jammed into it to keep it shut. The mattress was wore out. There were no USB plugs in the room.

Room floor was sandy and grinding. It also has left over someone else’s drink in the fridge

TERRIBLE hotel. We are not picky people and this hotel is just that bad. Roaches in the room, employees with bad attitude, no one cleaned our room during our 4-night stay despite I requested it at the front desk. The excuse was that they are short-staffed. From the few outlets in the room, half didn't work. Stained carpet. Don't let the Wyndham name fool you. This is an independently operated hotel (per the sign at the front desk) and does not offer any Wyndham quality.

The door to our room was slightly a jar when we checked in due to missing screw in door plate. The room refrigerator made noise running Had to unplug it.. in noticed a wet ceiling tile in shower. I did let them know per text..

Was very disappointed in the breakfast. Waffles, toast, cereal,bagels, apples and muffins was it. The three times I went down in the morning, the muffins and bagels were gone. No eggs, sausage, bacon or anything like that. In a good note, the front desk and maids were great.And I loved the smoking room.

There was a terrible smell inside our room that made the stay very uncomfortable and inconvenient.
