The pool is too small.

There was a strong smell in the bathroom which was coming from the shower curtain. Notified the front desk, but they did not have any spare curtains (unacceptable from a name like Marriott). Staff did not notify the next incoming front desk personnel. Had to talk to the Manager next day to get it changed. This is the job of the room cleaners to make sure that there is no smell in the room and that it's clean for the next customer.

Conceierge service was fantastic.. so helpful and speedy. Hotel and room were both very clean and well kept. We also had a secondary booking for the night after we were originally supposed to check out, and staff were able to keep us in the same room to avoid shuffling our luggage around.

Although it is a new facility, it is run down, furniture in the room looks beaten up and bathroom is poorly maintained. Missing basic items in the room like a safe. In our opinion, not worth the money.

Clean room

they put charges on me around 70$ when i check out when i ask they said we put because we couldn't find hairdryer in your room and which i didn't even pick i used it and left in washroom then i check the bill on bill it says smoke free charges while enquiring they said we are going to put 500$ but we put on 70$ they just putting charges without any explanation worst service ever not recommended to go there

Hotel rooms are very clean and with appropriate bedding. Staff in the front desk are very courteous. Would definitely visit once again.

The elevator broke down and it created a mess for an entire evening and morning

Very nice ground floor area with couches and booths, TVs, meeting areas, bar and Bistro, snack bars. Nice for meeting friends or just relaxing outside your room.

Super clean and efficient hotel. Really good staff that will make your stay easy. I'd stay here again because of how clean and spacious the rooms and hotel are.

The property is very nice and very clean and very well Maintained, employee are very Polite and proficiently dressed. And that because they all look up to their manager, she knows what she is doing, she solves a problem for me at NO TIME.

A bit far for tourists

Not a very convenient location for public transport.

No parking for larger trucks.

My stay here was not pleasant. I managed to get zero sleep for the four nights I stayed here. The walls are extremely thin, and everything can be heard from the other rooms. On my second night a fire alarm forced us out of the building, where we waited with no communication from staff about what to do or the status of the alarm. The elevators were shut down and we sat in the lobby, but no fire personnel arrived. After 45 minutes I finally asked if we could go back up, and was told yes, but with no other information. The elevators were still shut down so I took the stairs to the fifth floor. On my final night there was a domestic dispute between drunk patrons in the room beside mine. I called the emergency number on the phone and received no answer. I went downstairs to inform the staff, only to be told "yeah we've had problems with them before and had to call the police." I asked what they were going to do this time and was told they would call their manager. After an hour or so of shouting, swearing, banging on the door, and a woman screaming for security, the police finally showed up. This hotel is a nightmare. I will never stay here again, for sure, and likely will not choose Marriot if there are any other options available.

Great front desk service.

We left my 7yo daughter's security bunny blanket in the bed. When I called that night and the next day the housekeeping says that they recalled seeing it but threw it out! Suffice it to say no one went the extra mile to find it and now my daughter is traumatized by losing a person she has known for 7years. Vows never to sleep again. And worried that the bunny is hurt and alone. I wish the hotel staff could have gone the extra mile to get that bunny back but they did not. Will not be staying there again.

Enjoyed our stay

Note that if you get in late there is no food. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Only stayed for one night. It was some distance from the airport on a dark street.

Area around looks poor, road conditions is terrible.

Excellent service from all staff

Parking is very narrow and hard to park. I was not too sure how safe it is to walk around the hotel. It was bit sketchy in my opinion. I am glad that there are bar and restaurant in premise especially we were tired after the Canada Grand Prix. Staff were extra friendly. Very reasonable pricing.

Excellent customer service by all staff (everyone is bilingual), very safe and easy parking and secure feeling throughout the entire hotel. Clean room and comfortable bed. Highly recommend!!
