Everyone was friendly staff and other visitors as well. I was definitely impressed with the breakfast offered.

I had no complaints except the weather. And they didn't have Splenda.

The location to the Henry Ford was great. Close to a Walmart. Parking was great. Very clean, spacious room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Laundry was convenient.

Only 1 bar of soap for both basin and shower. No floor mat, Asked for room to be serviced after day 2 but they offered clean towels, and asked what else we needed instead. Bit of noise through door but didn’t bother us too much. Not much choice for breakfast but was adequate.

I enjoyed the facilities a great deal. The breakfast area, and staff were very friendly, and nice. I would on average rate the comfort inn suites as one of the cleanest properties I've visited. This chain knows what people deserve. A Friendly respectful place to stay

I think that a maid service should be provided at least every other day. But this chain is has outdone themselves!! Thank you kindly

Breakfast was fresh and good, very very clean. Pool was clean and quiet

Just needed a little cosmetic touch ups.

We had to leave due to door not being able to be secured and room had many stains on furniture and bedding. It was not a safe location. We would like a refund since we did not stay and had to pay for alternative accommodations

Given that the recording on the telephone "wait" message bragged about being one of the best breakfasts in the area and described what awaited (eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, etc.) it fell well short of expectation. There was no biscuits/gravy on any of the 2 days that we were there. The layout was horrible and resulted in long lines just for the waffle machine which clients had to "jump" to get to the other offerings. The juice dispenser was broken and there was little to no variety in cereals and NO fruit. The poor attendant was overwhelmed at times with the flow and it didn't help her that the "pantry/kitchen" was ridiculously far from the dining area.

There was no available dolly for luggage at check-in and the desk clerk was remarkably unconcerned about where they might be. Our booking was for 3 people in the room and there were only towel sets for 2.

My stay was great! My King Ste. had the perfect amount of space, the microwave and mini fridge definitely made my stay more pleasant and convenient. The location is great for accessing the freeway, grocery store and tons on restaurants nearby.

Although my room was nice and the facilities are clean, my room had a smell. Not a mildew or musty smell, but a funky smell/odor. No matter how much air freshener I sprayed, that smell stayed. Perhaps it's the draperies, carpet or fabrics, but it wasn't good at all. Not bad enough to make me want to change rooms, just noticeable that's all.
