Overall looks nice minus the home being dirty. Sheets were dirty. Marks on the walls/dents. Random doors leading to an attic and up finished closet areas. Unsafe for small children. Also, we had to take out the trash.

One of the bunk beds was broken and unusable. We had to make other arrangements for child to sleep. One of the kitchen cabinet door was broke. Wi-fi did not work, had to hot spot from our phones to watch TV. The day we were there, we were to take garbage to curb, which I did - there were two receptacles, both full. The trash company would only empty one as one was not approved for pick up. Fortunately they let me physically empty the one that was not approved into their truck. The trash in the unapproved container had been in it for a long time. Each day we notified the company that the wi-fi was not working and the four days we were there, nothing was done.

Upon arrival to the property on Wednesday the property had very poor curb appeal. There was a large amount of trash at the curb that not all was bagged. The yard was very overgrown along with dead bushes. The description stated the property had a large fenced in back yard which was not accurate as there is only a fence on 3 sides due to the neighbors having fences to contain their large barking dogs. Upon entry to the home it was not clean. The carpet had not been vacuumed and floors had not been swept after the previous guests. For a new property the couch was stained. The one supplied kitchen trash bag was used to clean up the unbagged trash at the curb. When contacting the provided number regarding the condition of the property we were told that trash bags are not provided beyond what was in the home. Later an email was received stating the property manager would be by in the morning with additional trash bags. In the mean time we had to purchase our own. According to all provided property information trash day was Wednesday (day of arrival) trash was not picked up during our stay (through Sunday). The property contact also stated that she would look into the grass situation, which not not corrected during our stay. Also during our stay the internet stopped working which also affected the availability of the TV. Again provided contact number was contacted who contacted provider that stated they could be out the following evening. Property contact was plainly told that we as guests could not guarantee our availability and that a member of the property management would need to be present with a response of “sounds good”. The following evening we had made a quick run back to the house for dinner prior to our next scheduled activity and while we were at the house the internet provider arrived. Never did a representative from the property arrive to assist. The grass in the back yard was so tall that the internet provider was unable to evaluate the exterior service situation. Although the internet was restored that evening it prevented a portion of our group from attending our scheduled activity. While staying at the property we had left a collapsible wagon on the porch to dry after a rainy day which was stolen. The upstairs bathroom sink had very poor water pressure. The bunk bed upstairs had already been broken and was missing a ladder rung. Body wash empty. Out of space to type but there is more to say …
