Loved how quiet , calm it was . We wish we could have stayed longer . Beautiful accommodations inside and out

High quality where it matters—mattress, pillows, security. Everything seemed brand new and even smelled that way. Loved it.

Very private and quiet space, nicely equipped and exactly as advertised. I stayed 3 days and had zero issues or problems, but host was easy to reach. l would not hesitate to stay here again! The only other comment I would make is that Google/Apple maps is a bit off - you have to drive just a bit farther down the road and turn right into the driveway, just past the little white church.

What a wonderful spot this property is! So tastefully decorated, impeccably clean and cozy. It is conveniently located between Charleston and Kiawah if you want to experience both. Sam is a wonderful host and responds very quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

A quiet place to regroup after hours in family gatherings. Nice to have our own space. The place is quiet, sort of remote feeling but close to everything. Obviously a lot of thought and care went into preparing this place. It is beautiful and the host is very responsive to every note I sent. Loved it. Well, maybe not the stairs for these old knees but it was good exercise for them! Lol

Sam hit all our 5-star qualities in a rental. His rental is beautifully decorated and very quiet location.. Bed is super comfortable and hotel quality bedding too

I would definitely stay here again while in Charleston. Communication with property manager was excellent. Everything was perfect. Description of rental was right on. Clean, cozy and quaint. 👍😀

My husband & I stayed at Sam’s for his birthday weekend & it was amazing! The place was immaculate & a very comfortable “home away from home”! The location was prime in that it was close to all of the major areas that we went to while there (Charleston, James Island & Folly Beach, to name a few)…all about a 15-30 min drive away. Sam, himself, was very attentive & responsive & just a phone call…a few short steps away if needed. But, as I alluded to earlier, everything was perfect, so we didn’t need to call on him for anything…because he had already thought of everything! We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in that area in the future!

Great place to stay while visiting family !!! Host was very easy to get ahold of to see property. Wanted to find it in the daylight as property could be tricky to fine at night. Really well decorated & clean!!!!! Thanks for everything !!!

We enjoyed our stay at this immaculate place. It was peaceful and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Close to everything we wanted to see in Charleston and everything we needed for a long weekend.

We were in Johns Island for my daughter's birthday and stayed for 3 nights.
It is just beautiful - a well designed & constructed space.
Easy to find though it is off the "beaten path" and is secluded. It is very clean and the bed is excellently comfortable. The Owner was always available for advice on local businesses - most importantly - the closest local coffee shop!! There is a Keurig in this cozy guesthouse but when we're on vacation, we enjoy going out for coffee.
We were fortunate to meet the Owner as well as his lovely pets. Sam is great guy and so is the space he designed for visitors.

Great location on John's island. 10 min from park, 20 min to kiawah folly and Charleston proper. Great communication. There is little cell service (a good thing tbh!) but they have reliable wifi. When it went down once and I needed to send work files asap, Sam reset the router and had wifi back within the hour. I would 💯 recommend this place and hope to stay again ❤️

My husband and I were in town for a wedding in Wadmalaw and this location was just perfect! It's cleanliness was impeccable! Super nice! The host were responsive and easy to talk to. Quick access to Charleston, Folly Beach, and Wadmalaw Island. If we get another kid free weekend, would definitely love to stay here again!

Took the SO for a mini vacation to celebrate her BDay early since we both work a lot. This place was beautiful and well kept. Definitely would book again in the future if we ever find ourselves traveling to Charleston again!

My boyfriend and I spent 2 nights in this amazing place! The cleanliness was impeccable. The host was SUPER helpful in communicating. It was such a beautiful place to stay in a location close to several cool spots to dine and drink! The hosts were kind enough to leave a list of their personal recommendations as well:) I wish we could have stayed longer, we will most definitely be back if we stay in the area again.

Very private in a rural low country setting. Newly renovated and nicely furnished. A little bit of a drive to restaurants but not too bad. About 30 minutes to Folly Beach or Park Circle.

The location was perfect for us visiting family on Johns Island. There are plenty of places nearby for all of our needs from drug stores to restaurants. Nice central location to everywhere. Really clean and comfortable!

Comfortable stay with a couple. It's big enough for more people but not enough beds. The futon would not be be comfortable for anyone other than a child or teen. While the location was perfect for our purposes (close to the wedding venue), you would need to rent a car to get anywhere else. The bed was great as well as the size of the bathroom. I would recommend a better set up for the breakfast/coffee area and adding a microwave and maybe a few items for the coffee--plenty of k-cups but nothing else. Great hosts - very private area and quiet.

Country, quiet and peace. I enjoyed the coziness and once I understood my surroundings, I was happy with the locations.
Neat shops and restaurants within 10 mins driving. Sam was nice and easy to reach.

Such a cute little place! Everything was clean and fresh! Home is perfectly tucked away and has a private walk up. We had a lovely stay and would 100% recommend.

My sister and I were in town for the Cooper River Bridge Run and found this guesthouse at the last minute. Great communication with the owner, easy check-in & out and easy to explore surrounding areas.

This place is perfect for a couple's getaway. It is beautiful decorated, and the bed and linens were very comfortable. I would stay there anytime I am in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay here! My husband and I were in town for a wedding, and were really impressed to see how nice the space was in person! It was a great central location for the wedding festivities we were in town for and Sam was great making sure we were comfortable and if there was anything we need! Would visit again!!
