Everything is just like the pics shared..comfy beds, comfy sofa, very clean, nice shower, plenty of entertainment such as the mini pool table..nice swimming pool..my family sure had fun..will definitely book here if we come over to Malacca again.

Nothing..maybe the waiting time for the lift..especially during public holidays so we waited quite some time for the lift.

Location not too far from the centre , could be walkable . We only stayed two nights ,so didn’t use any of the cooking equipment, noticed the lack of pots and pans also the oven not in use .

We were out most of the time , just needs a comfy beds . The mattress is on the floor which makes it difficult to get off the mattress and then a step from mattress onto the floor . A member of the family stumbled while getting out .

I felt the design of the room which has a queen bed isn’t suitable for family with 2 couples and kids. It’s not fair for one couple to be in a room where there is no wardrobe or dressing table because of the design of the unit. In my opinion you should notify customer so they can choose another unit which is more suitable. Also the rubbish needs to be collected daily we can’t be leaving rubbish from previous nights in the apartment as it can smell. Perhaps a holder in the bathroom for tooth brush will be handy and non slip mats for bathroom too. Also in my booking it says 5 mins to Jonker but it wasn’t the case so I am a bit confused on that. Otherwise, it is a clean and comfortable stay. Alviv Mngt is very efficient with communication.

The unit is exactly how it was pictured. Spotless clean and all amenities working well. We got the room with pool table and had loads of fun. Pool was large enough that it did not get too crowded. Carpark was easy, park anywhere closest to the lift lobby.. no hunting of parking bay. Check in was swift with clear guidance.

ALL OF IT!! House was exactly in the pictures. Wish i could stay longer. Smooth check in and check out. Host were okay when i asked to check out a bit late. They were really friendly. Pool staff was also very okay.

Good view from the condo unit which is located at a very high level. Quiet place to relax.

Checkout close to 12pm, lift is horrendous. Wanted for more than 50min to get a lift. It has 4 lifts but one lift was under maintenance , another one can only fit 5 pax with no additional items (showing overload) despite lift states can carry up to 1100kg. So only left with 2 fully operational lift. To exit the condo, took another 20min to drive down too. Carpark is jammed. In the apartment, it’s a little bit dirty but acceptable since it was a short stay for us.

I love the location as it's kinda convenient to go any place that we planned to. Additional point, great morning & night swim with friends.

Overall is good except for the sauna. I would like to experience it with my friends, however, it's only available for the resident.
