Especially compared to our yearly rental experiences in Florida, this property had several strong points. The proximity to the beach was excellent; the rental unit appeared to be almost new; traffic problems were less than in other areas closer to Destin; the property owner was very responsive to our inquiries; the pool was perfect for our five teenagers, and grocery stores and restaurants were easily accessed.

Words can’t describe how amazing these hosts are. From the cleanliness of the property to the generosity of the hosts. I had a personal issue and they were more than accommodating with the financials of it. You can tell they care about their guests more than any host I’ve experienced. I will 100% be back

This place was very nice and accommodating for our large group of 20 people. The kids loved the pool and the beach was walking distance. They were very responsive and checked on us to make sure our trip was going great. I would rent it again when we have a large group again.

This was a great choice for our family from age 76 to 2. Quiet and close to the mostly private beach. Owner was very accessible. 2 washer driers were a plus and large pantry helped keep any clutter down for this large group. Great use of space setting up bedding. Great access to activities in town.

The house is gorgeous, very clean, and has everything you need. The hosts are quick to respond, and were very informative about our stay. I loved the beach was right around the block in walking distance. It was a perfect weekend getaway we needed. This home would be great for the entire family. Definitely next time!

Brian and Jaclyn are phenomenal hosts and we had a wonderful stay at their beautiful property! I would definitely recommend this place for a large get together at the beach! The property is clean, well kept, updated, and the kitchen has everything you need. The hosts are very patient and kind and helped me with my reservation when I had a last minute “crisis.” They were very accommodating and made sure that everything was perfect for us!
