The house itself is fine, especially for the price. However, the domicile needs attending. The AC was set to 70 before we got there, and it ran constantly, but it never felt quite that cold. Also, there seems to be a humidity issue. Clothes left out felt damp when you went to pick them up. As for the kitchen, it was nearly fine as well. But there are no large bowls for cooking and serving. The knives are dull and, in some cases, actually damaged and bent. The addition of soap offered in the showers was a nice touch, but the body wash was missing in the common bathroom while the main bathroom had all three available. We could not find the body wash dispenser. The beds are tremendously bad. They are hard and very uncomfortable. The room with a single queen bed: the mattress is tilting to one side with a noticed vertical lump that forces you to the left as you sleep. The lofted bunk in the bunk room is hard and lumpy, and also gets extremely hot as the room was not designed to have such a high bed. The swinging chair in the living room is cute, but it is functionally useless. Not one single person that stayed with us could use it as a comfortable spot to hang out, which meant that the two tiny couches weren't enough for our party. The swinging chair should just be removed for larger and more comfortable couches. We were trying to watch the NBA playoffs and had to turn one of the couches sideways so we could at least all see the tv mounted.

This place was not far from all the places we wanted to go. It was very clean and there is attention to detail. Qtips, makeup remover pads, and even ponytail holders in the bathroom. The kids had fun playing the games. We have looked for other options since our family ourgrew a single hotelroom. This place was the perfect for for our family

Great clean property in a safe neighborhood. Well maintained properly with all the necessary tools for a comfortable stay. Great and professional host.

This house was perfect for our weekend trip. It was the perfect location for us. The host was great communicating with us. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved staying here for spring break…my kids truly enjoyed all the games and it was enough room for everyone…I will definitely come back!!

Great place lots of games and very clean

House was very cute. Beds were comfortable but the living room love seats were very uncomfortable. No relaxing and watching TV. There was no door in second bathroom that was inside one of the bedrooms Open to bedroom with 2 beds in it which is where children slept. Just odd and cold ! Had bit of an issues with no hot water in the other bathroom so the open bathroom was the only place to shower the 1st night. (10 people) The host was very quick to respond and helpful with that issue. The next evening someone came and fixed the water I think. We only stayed 1 night because the living area was so incredibly uncomfortable and the air hockey table sits in front of the TV and is extremely loud if you’re wanting to watch TV. The kids either couldn’t play air hockey or no one could hear the TV. All that said the house was very clean and we felt safe. It was decorated so cute !! . I’ll definitely look closer at the furnishings on our next trip. Lesson learned. No fault but my own.
