Very clean facility and close to attractions in the area. The resturant served delicious food and the buffet was first class.

Very comfortable stay for 2 nights. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

Hotel looks good and that is about it.
Service was horrible with hotel staff confused most of the time. Asking about transportation and eas asked to call the travel desk and the rates were all mixd up.

Decent stay. Would not say this is a spectacular hotel but overall was good.
Pro: location is in the market, hotel is comfortable, not too far from the main landmarks. They also gave us a late check out without much fuss.
Cons: breakfast spread was limited but tasty. Common areas need some attention to be clean.
All in all, will not hesitate to visit again.

Double Tree was a nice relaxing spot to end our holiday. The compound was secure, refreshing. Staff were attentive. Bar and Restaurant was impressive.
Pool was a nice change and SPA service excellent.
Only one negative and that was that all the staff continued to ask for reviews on website. Was a little over the top.

Very comfortable room, friendly and helpful staff.
The bar is deserted, I was the only person in there for the two nights I stayed. I’m not surprised, the management need to look at the demographic of their guests. It was uninviting in my opinion because there was a TV turned up to almost full volume playing music videos that anyone over the age of 25 would say was rubbish, come on guys, most people walked in, heard the music and walked right back out again.

The area is not walkable, unkempt.There was a mosquito in the room at night, sleep was disturbed. Mosquitoes in the lobby. It seems like a common problem in UP...

I have made reservation for two nights, but due to bed weather in Pokhara/ Nepal flight was canceled for two days. I am not able to reach Hotel. But charge my credit card. I hope you will understand my situation and refund me back in my credit card. Waiting for response. Thanks Ashok Raval

Very far from the temple. Limited dining and transport. The hotel staff take advantage of this. For 2 kms they asked INR 800. I don’t understand how they end up in charging INR 400/ KM. Always be ready that anyone can knock your door/ ring the door bell (without asking) anywhere between 12 mid night to 2 am and start asking for water etc. which is a height of unprofessionalism and is worse when you are staying in Hilton name with very high price. This made be bit nervous in terms of security also.

When elevators reach basement and ground floor horrible foul smell arises - as if the area is open to underground drainage. THEY HAVE TO IMMEDIATELY ADDRESS THIS ISSUE.

Overall i had a good experience. Staff at the hotel entrance (uniform staff - security) needs to be trained as I found them over phone upon my arrival also early morning. Upon my arrival, security staff did not have attention to his work and was no help to me.

Such pleasant staff and a lovely tranquility about the hotel in the heart of a frantic city.
It was lovely to arrive to a great welcome at the hotel with a welcome drink and cookie. The hotel is only a couple of months old and room was fabulous with massive TV, bath, view over the pool, comfortable bed.
Good buffet breakfast on both days we stayed and room service for dinner was good. Staff so polite all the time.
It is close to Sarnath, and a 30 minute cheap taxi to the Ganga.
The polite staff and the peaceful aura about the place made a lovely retreat from the hustle and bustle outside.
