Very comfortable and cozy place. The pool had a leak but it didn’t hinder our use of the pool. I would say down load you check in instructions. Cellular service is not good in this area. No fault of the owner.

We came out to see NPK at Firebird raceway and stayed at this great house! It was clean, relaxing and very accommodating. Kids loved the pool! Would recommend 100%!

We loved our stay here and the pool and outside space made it one of our favorite vacation rentals ever. Our kids loved swimming all day and we loved all the outdoor seating- not to mention the house itself was very clean and well taken care of. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

This home was a perfect getaway! It was clean and well- maintained in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday! Communication with the owner was easy and smooth. Check-in/out was seamless. Would stay again!

We came here for our daughters wedding in Nampa. Tim was so accommodating and very responsive. The backyard allowed ample space for a small family bbq with plenty of space for all of us. Please know that access to the garage is not available, so if you’re planning on needing unloading space that’s the only caveat. Other than that, it was wonderful and we will definitely rebook when visiting Nampa/Boise in the future.

It is a great home. The only thing is that the neighbor frowns on people making noise while swimming before 9:00 pm. Other than that we had a good time while staying on the property. The contact person was great, he answered the phone each time I called and the one time he didn't he phoned me back almost immediately. We enjoyed the stay.

My family enjoyed the house. It is roomy and extremely comfortable. It is located in a lovely neighborhood with great walking paths. Very clean home. Wonderful fenced backyard for my little dog. I would definitely rent this home again. The host was response to any questions. We had a great time

This property is exactly as advertised, maybe even better! The home is spacious and tastefully furnished. The neighborhood is very peaceful and relaxing. Communication with the owner was super easy when we had a question. We would highly recommend this home. To have such a nice place to stay that allowed our little Yorkies was icing on the cake! I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s… this one was by far the best of the best. The house is amazing and I absolutely loved the decor. The pool, hot tub and outside area was as amazing as the house. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Boise.

The home was very nice and clean. Pool was perfect size for little kids. We found the pathways between the homes in the neighborhood and were able to take my grandchildren for walks and not worry about traffic or a lot of people. We would rent again if in the area.

We were in town with family for a wedding and this property was just perfect for everyone. Great interior decor and the outdoor space was ideal for everyone to enjoy coffee in the mornings. The property was well-stocked with all the essentials so we felt at home. The neighborhood was friendly and super quiet - we would 100% stay here again :)

The property was quite beautiful and I was pleased pets were allowed. It should be noted that the fence is not secure for small dogs as there is a gap under the side gate that they can escape from. One of the hand towels in the master bath did not get washed and was dirty. and many of the pool towels and bathing towels were still damp likely due to not having enough drying time. I would highly recommend and offer this feedback only for owner awareness and communication to future guests.

This was a beautiful well laid out home in a quiet neigborhood. It was very child friendly with lots of pool toys, games, and movies. I liked that it felt like a home, but had just what we needed for cooking, meal prep and serving without going overboard. House instructions were succinct.

We would get back to the house after our training and it was so quiet and beautiful. When we finished collaborating, we would enjoy the spa like backyard. Shade or sun, pool or spa, being in the yard was like being on a mini vacation.

This house had everything we needed…fully stocked kitchen, tons of blue ray movies, towels, hair dryers in bathrooms, shampoo/conditioner, you name it. The kids loved the hot tub and we had a blast playing the centipede arcade game. The location was great, super nice neighborhood. We loved our stay!
